Welcome Back KlicKNettars! We are so happy to be back blogging on our blog which is going to have a huge role celebrating 10 years of KlicKNet. As some of you may not follows our brand on social media, we have said before that we will celebrating KlicKNet's 10th Anniversary for the rest of 2025. On September 15th, we're gonna celebrating our YouTube Channel's 5th Anniversary with a special Wkly Hit List Livestream, and sometime later we will do retrospective post looking back at some of the amazing things this blog has discussed for the last 10+ years, in fact we might do a 10th Anniversary livestream as well. There's gonna be other announcements later on in this post, so stick around, but first it's time for a new 5-Day Rounder which might look a little different from before.
Over the summer, we've been on a mission to encourage people to donate funding for Rhodey, NY, an independent short film billed as a follow-up to NickCam. A few have been able make donations on IndieGogo and GoFundMe, but we haven't reached funding goal, so our production banner KlicKNet Productions has teamed up an small organization called Lens Rush in putting together a Fundraising Event taking place Saturday, September 13th at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Flushing, New York. If any KlicKNettars live in the NYC area, please be kind enough to join us for food, fun, and showing support to our fundraising campaign.
In other news, we are in the middle of editing a new episode of FakeTV Box which will likely premiere next week, but we can say that some of the things that's going to be discussed is the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. It's pretty convenient that Disneyland is in the news this week regarding new transportation plans that Anaheim is trying to figure. In case you don't know, there's an article that says: "The city of Anaheim is currently in talks about a proposed aerial gondola system that would connect Disneyland Resort, the Anaheim Convention Center, the Anaheim GardenWalk, Angels Stadium, the Honda Center, and the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center." Find out more details in this week's Sneak Peek of the Week.
Our first Inside Scoop in months focuses on football, specifically, we're gonna talk a little NFL Football. Last night was the official kickoff to the 2025 NFL Season and NBC showcased two fierce rivals in the first game of the season, the Dallas Cowboys and the defending Super Bowl Champions Philadelphia Eagles. Just to get this outta the way, the Eagles beat the Cowboys 24-20, but it was the events that took place just after the first six seconds of the game. Eagles Defense Tackle Jalen Carter was ejected for spitting in the face of Cowboys Quarterback Dak Prescott. It was revealed via footage that Dak Prescott actually spat first, he had appeared to have spit on the ground in the direction of Eagles players instead of on them. Jalen Carter responded by spitting directly in the face of Prescott who was not ejected or penalized for his own actions.

Even though this incident did not affect the outcome of the game for the Eagles, it serves a proof that the defending Super Bowl Champions have their work cut out for them this season. Let me explain why, some people believe that the Eagles will go all the way again and win back-to-back titles just like the Kansas City Chiefs did not too long ago. However, the Eagles are going to need all hands on deck to do so, and aside from Jalen Carter getting ejected, there was another incident that took place before the spitting wars. Eagles Fullback Ben VanSumeren went down in the first six seconds of the game while covering the opening kickoff, he was checked out on the field and then taken off on a cart. The Eagles quickly ruled him out for the remainder of the game with a knee injury, though depending on serious the injury is, he maybe out for the whole season.

It's no secret that injuries can occur anything during a football game, it doesn't matter where and when the players take to the field, they are bound for these sort of things at some point. In a way, the Philadelphia Eagles are lucky to have won the very first game of the 2025 NFL season, especially since the Dallas Cowboys almost made a comeback in the fourth quarter. But you have to wonder just how Jalen Carter spitting on Dak Prescott and Ben VanSumeren's injury will affect the Eagles moving forward. Some are calling for Carter to be suspended for one game his actions, hopefully he will not do anything like that ever again. Some are even saying that Carter was immature and selfish for spitting on Dak for spitting on a player is inexcusable and puts a bad image on the Eagles organization, and in front of the whole world no less. This team made it clear that they were in mood to celebrate their Super Bowl Victory earlier this year, which is why they wanted to skip their own banner celebration so that they could keep their minds focus on the kickoff game. The 2025 NFL Season has only just become and tonight the Super Bowl runner-ups Kansas City Chiefs will start their season tonight against the Los Angeles Chargers LIVE from Brazil and FREE on YouTube, who knows what's gonna go down in that game.
