Wkly Hit List, 9/28/2024

The Fall Season is finally here and the Wkly Hit List, all of KlicKNet, is ready for it. If you have never FTB 60, a daily short series, on our YouTube channel, then you missed a huge announcement last night. We're taking KlicKNet to the one place I thought we never take it before, TikTok. Starting this Tuesday, October 1st, we'll bringing FTB 60 to this social media platforms and it's quite that it's on the same date as the Vice Presidential Debate between Tim Walz and JD Vance. We also post old clips of FakeTV Box on TikTok so that people there can see what we do and know what we are all about. When it comes to our blog, we're all about keeping KlicKNettars up to speed with the news, and for that we call on certain things like the 5-Day Rounder down below to help us out.

Disney's Moana 2 is coming to theaters just before this Thanksgiving, November 27th. What you are about to see in our Sneak Peek of the Week features one of the new songs from the film titled: “We’re Back.” That they are! Moana and her whole family are back for another adventure on the ocean, and you can bet that Maui and the crazy rooster will be there as well.

Moana 2 | "We're Back"

Our Inside Scoop today continues our review and recap of Marvel Television's Agatha All Along from Disney Plus. Before we get started, I wanna address something in the news this week regarding Disney Plus with one clear statement: "It's a total crime to make people pay to share things like with those closest to them like their passwords. Whoever came up with that idea is a real A-HOLE!" Now moving on; WARNING: This piece may contain spoilers, so if you haven't seen Agatha All Along Episode Three yet, you better stop reading right now. If you would like to continue at your risk, then be my guest.

We pick up where Episode Two left off, with Agatha, the Teen, and the Coven finally reaching The Witches' Road. But for them to get to the end of the Road, they will have to face different trials that focus on different branches of witchcraft. Basically, these trials will have different themes and elements to them, and the first trial is a "water test," which fits well for Jennifer Kale played by Sasheer Zamata. Let's not forget two important details: 1. The Salem Seven chased the coven down into the Witches' Road, and 2. Sharon is not an actual witch, something really bad could happen to her. The coven comes to discover that the Teen has a sigil that prevents any witch from learning his true identity, that's just another twists in this chaotic miniseries.

When they get to the first trial, the coven finds a coastal house that once they step into, all the doors and windows are sealed shut. Not to mention the change in clothing for all of them, a upper middle class country club theme if you will. The ladies treat themselves to a nice bottle of wine, but the Teen can't have any because he's not old enough to drink. Jennifer tells the Teen how untrustworthy Agatha is, especially since she traded her own child for the Darkhold. Although, the Teen doesn’t believe it as nobody knows what really happened, rumor has it that her son Nicholas is dead, a demon, or an agent of "Mephisto." Once the ladies beginning the wine, a 30-minute timer begins, and strange things start to happen, Jennifer realizes that the wine was poisoned as the faces of Sharon, Jennifer, Alice, and Lilia begin to puff up like a balloon. Agatha attempts to hide her still perfectly normal head, meaning that she never drank the wine, but she is soon busted. Of course, the swelling quickly goes away, as Jennifer realizes that they have ingested Alewife’s Revenge, which causes delirium, hallucinations, loss of motor function, and even death. Agatha is forced to drink the wine as she must complete the trial with the Teen and coven.

Like I said before, Sharon is not a witch and she totally faints from the poison wine. Everyone scurries around the house to find ingredients to make an antidote, throughout this process, the witches begin to hallucinate: Lilia sees her younger self and her maestra from the Renaissance era, Jen hallucinates a doctor forcing her underwater, Alice sees her missing mother about to commit suicide, and Agatha sees a crib containing the Darkhold. There's a lot of other stuff that happens afterwards that we could get into, but we simply do not have the time for, and the witches are racing against the 30-minute timer to get the antidote ready. Suddenly, water begins to fill the house, which they don't have long before they all drown underwater. With a few seconds left, they finish the antidote, drink it, and feed it to Sharon who is not moving. More water pours in, but a tunnel appears inside the kitchen oven and the coven barely escape as getting Sharon to safety is such a b*tch.

Everyone finds themselves back on the Witches' Road, meaning that they have completed the first trial, though not everyone. I said earlier that something really bad could happen to Sharon, and it already has. Sharon has died from the poison wine, much to the coven's shock and Agatha finds herself down a member. This show has a way of taking something seemingly normal and funny, and turning it into a nightmare. I myself was shocked to hear that Sharon is dead, and the show has just gotten started. It makes you wonder, what's next when Episode Four premiere this Wednesday on Disney Plus.
