If you've seen one of the last two new episodes of FakeTV Box, you know that I reacted to the new trailer for Marvel Studios' Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania. It debuted at around 10:30PM during the College Football National Championship Game and everyone is still talking about, I mean not the game, the trailer. But just after the latest new episode of FTB dropped, we found out that the channel, Everything Always, found some new footage of the new Ant-Man movie. Despite it being in a different language, it's worth watching this promo as our Sneak Peek of the Week.

ANT-MAN QUANTUMANIA NEW PROMO

Our Inside Scoop this week is on Walt Disney World Resort which is almost at the end of its 50th Anniversary Celebration. To say that this Year-Round Celebration has not lived up to all the magical hype would be putting it lightly, and I'm sorry to say that it's because of the COVID-19 pandemic that still would die. The outbreak which started in late 2019 and got even worse in early 2020 had caused so many projects at practically all the Disney Parks in the world were either postponed or even canceled for good.

One project that could not be finished in time for the October 1, 2021 start of the 50th Anniversary was the TRON Lightcycle Run roller coaster at the Magic Kingdom. The ride first debuted along with the rest of Shanghai Disneyland Park in 2016 and was then announced to be coming to the Magic Kingdom in Florida during the 2017 D23 Expo.

TRON Lightcycle / Run Opening April 4th

TRON Lightcycle / Run Still Under Construction

The bad news is that Magic Kingdom's TRON Coaster will not be ready before the end of the Anniversary Celebration. The good news is it will open on April 4 this year as part of the "Disney 100 Years of Wonder" celebration, and let's hope they live up to all the hype on this one, 'cause their logo will never hold a candle up to the Warner Bros. 100 Years of Storytelling.
Nearly Completion

Disney 100 Logo

Warner Bros. 100 Logo

As for the TRON Lightcycle Coaster at Magic Kingdom, check out these two crazy clues Walt Disney World used to reveal the opening date for it. You could see that they were dead serious about making things just perfect so when the attraction finally opens to the public, all those years of waiting for construction being over finally will have been worth it in the end.
