The Hit List is meant to be a product that is "pop-culture focused" while also talking about serious news, but we'll get into that in a moment. Right now, it's time for the Sneak Peek of the Week, and the most unpredictable thing is that it could be anything. This week, we're heading to Six Flags Great Adventure on Opening Day in New Jersey, for every ride is open expect for maybe one. History lesson: In January 1999, Great Adventure announced that three new roller coasters would be introduced as part of a $42 million expansion. One of those coasters would be Medusa which opened on April 2, 1999 as the first Floorless Coaster in the world. Many years later, the ride would be re-designed for the 2009 season as Bizzaro, who just made a in appearance in The CW's Superman and Lois. The ride track went from being light green and purple to being repainted to dark blue and purple; multiple special effects were added to the ride such as rings in the shape of Bizarro's S shield that the train passes through, and fire effects. Bizzaro was successful for many years at Great Adventure, but now in 2022, Medusa has returned home. The floorless coaster has brand new shade of green with a little orange added in, see for yourself as the ride is the midst of testing before it can officially opened.

It's time now for this week's Inside Scoop. The Will Smith-Oscars saga continues to be a topic that everyone can't stop talking about, but last Friday, it may have come to an end. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Board of Governors have decided that actor Will Smith will not be able to attend the Oscars or any related events for 10 years after he slapped Chris Rock during the ceremony on March 27.

Of course, Smith won the Oscar for Best Actor for his role in King Richard before resigning from the Academy on April 1. He also apologized to Chris Rock for the slap and yelling at him, but I'm afraid that this is going to get worst for him every single day. According to reports, he has multiple projects in the works such as Bad Boys 4, but now production on that has been put hold, and I feel sorry for Martin Lawerence who wasn't even at the Oscars.

It's worth noting that Saturday Night LIVE has poked fun at the Oscars Slap twice in two weeks. The second time was last night during Weekend Update when Colin Jost said: “I think a real punishment would be to make Will Smith host next year’s Oscars.” Very funny Colin, very funny. Do you KlicKNettars think a 10-year ban from the Oscars is a suitable punishment for Mr. Smith?

Like I said before, this is the second time that SNL has made fun at the Oscars. The first time came in the form of a sketch with Jerrod Carmichael as a seat filler and Chris Rudd playing Will Smith. One person commented that: "This sketch could have been written several predictable ways, but this take with the seat fillers was inspired." Leave it to SNL to being very creative, see their work first hand in a sketch called "Seat Fillers."
