This Week's UPDATES

These past few weeks have been the most difficult as I could remember, on Tuesday I thought it was going a good week, but every went downhill, and it's the subject of this week's Main Story. As if the day I had on Tuesday wasn't bad enough, it was about to get get even worst, and all because of one thing: the Corona-virus Pandemic. On Wednesday, the Governor of New York Andrew Cuomo announced that the outbreak has gotten so bad that he had decided to almost all classes of SUNY and CUNY schools online, including my classes in LaGuardia Community College. I went home after attending and Honor Society Orientation, thinking I was going to settle down with some NBA Basketball, but then the unthinkable happened. Ruby Gobert was became ill and had tested positive for the Corona-virus, this led to the Utah Jazz's game against Oklahoma City Thunder being postponed and all of other games to follow suite the next day. But my Wednesday night wasn't done from there, the NBA decided that for the sake for players' health it was best suspend the rest of the season with a month and of half left on the schedule, this left absolutely stunned and shocked and I couldn't keep it together. On Thursday I thought, "Well at least I still have college basketball and hockey," but then that all changed when the NCAA decided to cancel both the men's an women's college tournaments during March Madness as not many college conference had been given to crown champions of their own. Then, the NHL announced it was suspending its season as well, the MLB is delaying its regular season for  two weeks, and WWE TV shows were moved to the company's Performance Center in Florida while WrestleMania 36 is in limbo. The most shocking thing of all this is that on Friday, the Corona-virus impact is has halted production on television series happening in places such as Canada, Los Angeles and New York, most shows were in the midst of finishing the last new episodes of their current broadcast seasons. Late night shows are talking a two week hiatus and have intended to come back to work at the end of March, movies were in production such as Marvel Studios' Shang-Chi shut down production after its director self-isolated himself due to fears of the Corona-virus. Movies that have already been made like Fast and Furious 9, Mulan, and The New Mutants were removed from their current released dates this Spring, and just simply the icing of the cake for me last week. So let's recap, I've got no campus classes, no sports to watch and very soon no new episodes of favorite shows for who knows how long, and the government is working endlessly to try and combat the virus which is impossible to do, I would say that we're all totally screwed.  There is little I can offer for this post this week, so here is a Web Choice playlist on some of the latest updates on the Corona-virus, I would alarm the viewers to try and understand what is happening here.
