This Week's UPDATES

My first week pf school in 2020 was definitely an educated one, but of course everything that I have to do in winter classes has be taken seriously. While I'm happy that I do not have to take any final exams, writing a lot of papers, poem, short stories and plays is gonna be all the hard I can handle and it means that I have to use my mind and take a step at time if I want to succeed. Speaking of success, the Brooklyn Nets successfully snapped a seven-game losing streak last Friday in a win over the Miami Heat, this came after a day that Kyrie Irving gave us some good news about the status of his shoulder injury. He has done a few court practices, will be reevaluated very soon, and has been listed as probable in playing in the Nets' game against the Atlanta Hawks tonight. If #KlicKNet viewers think this good news is good, wait until they get a load of this week's 7-Day Round-Up.

We've got more big sports news on the way in today's Max Sports Rundown, with Super Bowl LIV looming on the horizon, it's hard to guess who might make it here. The Patriots, Saints, and Ravens seems liked the odds-on favorites to make it to the Big Game, but a couple of other teams have other plans. Take the Titans for instance, nobody gave them a flying chance at beating the Pats in the Wild Card round let alone beating the Ravens in the Divisional Round last night and advancing to the AFC Championship. This team sneaked into the NFL Playoffs as the sixth seed in the AFC and they the first lower seeded teams to make it to it this far since the Packers did it in 2011 and won the Super Bowl. Earlier in the day, the 49ers played their first playoff game in Levi's Stadium ever and they hosted the Vikings who pulled off a shocker over the Saints yet again. Some people believed we would a upset by the Vikings but unfortunately they could not handle either the offense nor defense of the Niners who will now host the NFC Championship next week. Today we have two more games to determine the Conference Championship games and they could go either, we could see the Chiefs host the AFC Championship yet again in Kansas City, to see the Texans host in Houston for the first time ever. If the Seahawks win, we could see them take on their division rivals in the rubber match of year, if the Packers win, they'll get a shot a revenge against the Niners after losing to them in late November. See all the games coming up today and tomorrow and the results from yesterday right now.

Our Main Story this week is yet about Marvel Studios which has been dealing with some production issues as of late. The Hawkeye series on Disney+ was set to begin filming his July, but now has been postponed indefinitely and removed from the studios' 2020 production schedule altogether. This news broke out yesterday, however last Thursday someone a little similar happened. Scott Derrickson, director of Doctor Strange has stepped down as director of " Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness: due to "creative differences" with Marvel Studios. He said in his own words that "the decision to part ways with the studio was mutual" and that he will stay on with the project as an executive producer. As we wonder who will replace Derrickson as director, we should look at many reactions to this departure in a special #TwitterTrend for Marvel fans everywhere.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has lost its director Scott Derrickson citing "Creative Differences". He will still serve as an executive producer.

This comes off of Marvel publicly cementing Dr. Strange will not be a horror film, only have "Horror Elements"

Reminder that Edgar Wright posted this ‘selfie’ (of Buster Keaton, who made “the worst mistake of his career” signing with MGM) after leaving Ant-Man and people still delude themselves into saying Marvel makes high art because now they use pretty colours and kaleidoscope effects.

Wow. Are you serious... Scott Derrickson proposes DOCTOR STRANGE 2 to be the MCU's first scary horror film & now he is stepping down from the project "due to creative differences", which we all know is the more polite way of saying he was fired.

This is so disappointing.
