This Week's UPDATES

It's starting to get really cold in my neck of the woods, maybe because it's October and everyone is gearing up for the Fall season. I spent all of last week focusing on my college life while trying catch all the new wrestling lineup with Monday Night Raw, Wednesday Night Dynamite, NXT and Friday Night SmackDown, all of which were unforgettable shows. As for tonight, it's WWE Hell in a Cell pay-per-view with only four matches we know are official on the card, but elsewhere in television, tonight is the series premiere of Batwoman on The CW Sunday, followed up by the season premiere of Supergirl. I cannot be more excited for these shows airing tonight and I''m wondering how I am going to manage them along with a wrestling pay-per-view in toe, either way, we are all in for another big week this week and to kick it off, here's the 7-Day Round-Up for this week.

The 2019 MLB Postseason is capping off its first week with some Divisional Series are getting close to being wrapped as the New York Yankees and Houston Astros are both one win away from meeting each other once again the American League Championship Series. It's anyone's ballgame in the National League Division Series, the St. Louis Cardinals and the Atlanta Braves both want to move to the National League Championship Series but cannot seem to get out of each other's way. The same can be said for the Washington Nationals and Los Angeles Dodgers who are taking things to our nation's capitol for a monumental game that could determine everything. Plus, we getting hyped for the start of the new NHL season and Week Five in the NFL, for more on these getting ready for an all out Max Sports Rundown with results from this weekend.

Our Main Story this week concerns the NBA, their season begins October 22nd. But the first of many preseason games happened last night between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Golden State Warriors as they faced off in the all-new Chase Center in San Francisco. One of the biggest keynotes in this game was not just the new arena or new team lineup for the Warriors, but also the big duo of LeBron James and Anthony Davis, the latter of two was unstoppable last night. Davis had twenty-two points, five dunks and ten rebounds in just the first half of the game while James has only fifteen points and eight assists, and in the end the Lakers defeated the Warriors 123-101. I can't imagine what the regular season is going to be like for both of these teams and the rest of league, but it's all gonna be up for grabs once the first ball drops in the court of the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada, in which the defending NBA Champions Toronto Raptors take on the New Orleans Pelicans. To get a good look at last night's preseason game in San Francisco, here is a combined #TwitterTrend and Web Choice playlist.

Anthony Davis opened his preseason with a fading jump shot over Draymond Green, coming up short, but tipped in LeBron’s miss on the next trip down to open the scoring in San Francisco.

Anthony Davis’ 1st Q for the Lakers: 17 pts on 7-for-11 shooting, 7 reb. LAL up 33-20.

THREE CONSECUTIVE DUNKS FOR ANTHONY DAVIS. HE CAN’T BE STOPPED.

Lakers have a 59-51 halftime lead over Warriors. Warriors chilled away after slow start, but Anthony Davis is too much

Earvin Magic Johnson @MagicJohnson
Laker Nation, I just watched Lebron and Anthony Davis put on a show in the 1st quarter of the Lakers vs. Warriors exhibition game. Watch out rest of the NBA!

Earvin Magic Johnson @MagicJohnson
I think Lebron is going to average close to a triple double this season. His passing was on point and Anthony Davis was dominant in that 1st quarter.
