Our Main Story this week is on the Creative Arts Emmys as many television stars and shows were given awards for their Outstanding performances in front of the camera and behind the scenes. Rachel Bloom won the award for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics for her work on The CW's Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Hannah Gadsby won the Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special for her Netflix special "Nanette," and Norman Lear maked history as the oldest Emmy winner after "Live in Front of a Studio Audience: Norman Lear's All in the Family and The Jeffersons" received the ward for Outstanding Variety Special (Live).
