This Week's UPDATES

I'm a little shaken after the last two days. On Friday, I got home from school, went to the bathroom and shaved the hair of my face. Thanks to to my new razor, I look like a saint and it works like magic if you ask. Then while I was doing my homework, something happened to iPhone that did not make sense at first. For reason it would not charge and yesterday I learned that the charging port has been damaged, which means the phone will not charge at all. So sister and I are currently looking up a few options on how to fix this as I will have to go back to school on Tuesday May 28th, but it feels like I will have a phone (probably a new one) by then. All of this hasn't stop me from dishing out this week's 7-Day Postcast which will be given a new name very, maybe next week. It's easy to say that I wen All In on this one and it caps off with a special surprise at the end.

Our Main Story is all about Wrestling, but not WWE Wrestling, All Elite Wrestling if you will. Last night was the first ever LIVE Event held by AEW, Double or Nothing, taking place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. It gave us everything we wanted out of wrestling event and then there were more surprises along the way. During The Buy-In kickoff show, "Hangman" Adam Page entered the Casino Battle Royale as the 21st Entrance and earned himself a shot at the AEW World Championship which was unveiled by none other than WWE Hall of Famer, Bret "The Hitman" Hart. How does something like that happen I'll never know, but the title belt looks beatiful if you ask me and will probably put the WWE Universal Championship to shame in terms of original design.

The three matches to watch for last night was Cody vs Dustin Rhodes which started with a massive "hammer on the throne" entrance by Cody and ended with the victor. He later revealed that we would like to tag with his brother for a tag team match at the July AEW event Fight for the Fallen in Jacksonville, Florida. Their opponents for that match will be The Young Bucks who defend their  AAA World Tag Team Championship against the Lucha Bros which turned out be best tag match that I've seen in a while. The Milwaukee Bucks may not have won last night, but at least some other Bucks did, and that's what really counts for anyone who is a fan, but now on to the main event of evening.

This was to determine who would face Adam Page for the AEW World Championship, but it was also a rematch from last year, Kenny Omega vs Chris Jericho had so much drama leading up to last night at Double or Nothing. In the end, it was Jericho who was the winner and he demanded a big thank you from the Vegas crowd for making AEW a fast-pace success, but he was interrupted by the arrival of Jon Moxley whose former name "we shall not speak." He charged out of the crowd and took out Jericho, took out the referee, and desultory Omega from off the Double or Nothing stage. If you ask me, this was a very first good night for AEW and now it has Jon Moxley under its tent, as he has signed a multi-year contract with the company and will get to make his in-right debut with them at the next AEW event in June, Fyter Fest. For more on this, we turned to a super-packed #TwitterTrend that is too good to ignore.
