Today's UPDATES
Happy New Year 2019

Happy New Year to the #KlicKNet Viewers, after two weeks on Facebook I'm back on my regular blog to give out my daily updates on a larger standpoint. But keep in mind that things are going to change around here, in case you did not catch my last post of 2018, I am going to attend school at LaGaurdia Community College beginning sometime in March. This is to help my get a good education on what I am going to do for the rest of my life and to achieve my dream job of working in TV and Film Industry, in the likely event that I do get enrolled #KlicKNet will be on a Weekly Basis on Sundays, but considering how many days I will be in school (it's usually five days a week), I may do posts on Fridays when and if I have the time. In the meantime, I have been looking for 2019 for a ton of reasons, but the first one is the NFL Playoffs which kicked off yesterday two Wild Card games both taking place in the state of Texas, so without further ado, here's my Max Sports rundown. The Indianapolis Colts game into Houston after clinching the 6th and Final AFC Playoff spot last week, looking to settle the score against their Division rivals the Texans. Andrew Luck and hist team had the missed the playoffs four years ago, but still the starting QB who had missed the entire 2017 Season due to injury threw had not missed a beat yesterday, he threw for 222 yards and two touchdowns. The Indianapolis Colts' defense did most of the work and the whole team would race out to a big lead and cruised to a 21-7 win over Deshaun Watson and the Houston Texans in their wild-card game, and now Indy will travel to Kansas City for Divisional Round matchup against the #1 Team in the AFC in the Chiefs next week. Elsewhere in Dallas, the Cowboys hosted the Seattle Seahawks in game where the home team was unafraid despite the best efforts from Russell Wilson and Seattle. At first, both teams would kick field goals, Dallas hit their only one in the First Quarter and Seattle got two in the second quarter, but soon after leading 6-3, Seattle could not stop Dak Prescott a 11 Yard TD pass to Michael Gallup to make the lead at Halftime 10-6. In the last two minutes of the third quarter, Wilson scored a 4 Yard Touchdown Run followed by Mike Davis running into the end zone for a 2-Point Conversion to make the score 14-10 Seahawks. Finally in the fourth, the Cowboys would answer back with a pair of 1 Yard Touchdown Runs by Ezekiel Elliott and Prescott, the score was then 24-14, so the Seahawks' J.D. McKissic made a 7 Yard touchdown pass from Wilson and with a 2-point Conversion made by Chris Carson, Seattle was within two points. But after failing on the onside kick, the Cowboys would take over and then win the game 24-22, so now Dallas will have wait until after Eagles-Bears to know if they going to face either the New Orleans Saints or LA Rams next week in the Divisional Round. Today's games have be absolutely special and I've gone my eye on that Chargers-Ravens to see who's going to New England, but let's not forget what's happening in the NBA, NHL and WWE, take a look.

On Wednesday, the WWE announced that famous Interviewer "Mean" Gene Okerlund has passed away at the age of 76. The cause of his death is certainly one that is hard to understand, but according to his son Todd Okerlund, "he had received three kidney transplants and had suffered a fall which caused his health to deteriorate in the weeks leading up to his death." It's always a shame when the WWE and rest of the Wrestling World loses a Legend, whether it's an in-ring performer or somebody who played pivotal role in making the Wrestling Industry what is today. So many current and former WWE Superstars and personnel have shared their thoughts about the loss of "Mean" Gene and before we get into the #TwitterTrend to come ahead, I want to point out that tomorrow night on Monday Night Raw, "The Immortal One" Hulk Hogan will appear to pay tribute to one of his long time friends as we all say "R.I.P "Mean" Gene."

Just heard Mean Gene Okerlund has passed away. As an interviewer, pitch man, announcer, or host, he was untouchable. Simply the best. Total professional with quick wit, sarcasm, humor, and that golden voice.
Condolences to his friends and family.

Charles Robinson @WWERobinson
So sad to hear of the passing of one of the greatest voices in wrestling. Mean Gene you will be missed and we will continue to love you. What a true class act. I am very fortunate to work with you.

Anton Toloui @SkyAnton
‏Whether you like wrestling or not, simply watching Gene Okerlund do his thing will make you a better interviewer and broadcaster. He masterfully traversed the line of ridiculousness and professionalism in the madcap world of sports entertainment to set the bar for others #RIPGene

Richard Deitsch @richarddeitsch
Everyone in a wrestling company plays a role in the production but the on-air announcers must put over the talent or the storyline blows up. Watch Gene Okerlund when Hogan turned at Bash at the Beach in 1996. Just a brilliant performer. Sells one of the biggest moments ever.

Court Bauer @courtbauer
Gene Okerlund's warm and comforting presence left an indelible mark on me as a child watching WWF on Saturday mornings. He had superb timing, made wrestling classy and fun. He elevated the product - be it the WWF, WCW, AWA bringing a sense of dignity and quality to wrestling.

Court Bauer @courtbauer
He was a brilliant performer and often the conscience of WWF & WCW; condemning heels and setting the babyface up perfectly. I had the privilege of working with Mean Gene and he was a sweetheart to work with and boy,  what a wicked sense of humor! A true gent. #RIPMeanGene

So much is going to happen in 2019 that I do not know where to begin, so in this first post I'm just gonna wing it with three videos from Comicbook.com's YouTube Channel as part of #KlicKNet's first official Web Choice playlist of the New Year. Each of them tells a different story, the first one is about The CW ordering a pilot for a potential Batwoman series in the Arrowverse after her successful Arrow/Flash/Supergirl Crossover "Elseworlds," the second video is for a new trailer for the Netflix series, Marvel's The Punisher whose second season premieres January 18th and could very well be the last. The third video talks about what Comicbook.com believes are the "10 Most Anticipated Movies of 2019," and if anyone says that they are not, then they are clearly lying.
