Today's UPDATES

I have seen a lot of things in sports, I've seen teams pull off miracle plays in the seconds of a game, I've seen players getting into altercations whether it's on the field, ice, court, or maybe into the stands. I have watched fan-favorite team and players prove why they are the favorite in every bout, I've watched underdogs sending the crowd into a frenzy with upset victory, and I've a lot cheat plays and cheap shots in a lot of places in sports. Never, have I ever seen anything as to what I saw last night on WWE SmackDown LIVE and it is what we are going to talk about in today's Max Sports rundown. If you are a WWE fan, then you have a sick feeling in your stomach that has been inside since last night and it's still there when you woke up this morning. It all started at the start of SmackDown LIVE last night when AJ Styles explained his game plan to beating Brock Lesnar this Sunday but was interpreted by Paul Heyman who came to mix things up like he always does, and when the mentioning of Daniel Bryan's name came up, things got really heated. Daniel Bryan was still emotional over losing to Styles for the  WWE Championship a few weeks ago on SmackDown, and when Styles said his name again, Daniel completely lost it and attacked Styles in the ring and backstage. This prompted Shane McMahon and Paige to set up a WWE Championship match in the main event between these two fierce superstars, bit in doing so they announced that whoever wins will take on the Universal Champion at Survivor Series, and Daniel was removed from the SmackDown Men's Survivor Series team and replaced by Jeff Hardy. The way that the Championship match ended last night was unbelievable, for when the referee had his back turn for a few seconds, Daniel Bryan went low on AJ Styles with a low blow that shocked everybody who was watching on TV and in the arena in St. Louis, this would allow Daniel to hit a running knee on Styles, pin him 1-2-3, and capture the WWE Championship. We'll have more of this later on, but check out what's coming this week in sports as well as a look at last night's results.

Good news from the Brooklyn Nets organization, Caris Levert will not need surgery on his right leg after badly injuring it last Monday night in the Nets/Timberwolves game, but he was diagnosed with a subtalar dislocation of his right foot meaning he will miss a couple of games with the Nets. Plus, he will begin an unspecified period of rehabilitation and is expected to return to full strength and resume all basketball activities without any limitations this season, that is 100% good news if your are a player or a fan of the Nets, for after what I saw last Monday, it seemed like his season was more than likely over. For me, this week's news has been dominated by sports, we are one week removed from the Midterm Elections and we're getting a lot of juicy stories in sports. For instance, the NFL announced that its highly-anticipated Monday Night Football showdown between the 9-1 Kansas City Chiefs and the 9-1 Los Angeles Rams will not be played in Mexico City this Monday. This is due to poor field conditions of the Estadio Azteca stadium in Mexico City, and let me tell you something, it's one of the most dirtiest sights I have ever seen, so therefore the NFL has decided to move the Chiefs-Rams game to Los Angeles since the Rams were supposed to be the home team in Mexico City. Honestly, I didn't like the idea of these two great teams playing in another country anyway, it deserves a better setting as one of them will be 9-2 once the game is over and the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum will be absolutely popping on Monday Night. You know with the Death of Marvel Legend Stan Lee still having an impact upon the world, it would be awesome if they were to reveal the first ever trailer for Avengers 4 during Monday Night's showdown in LA. For more on the situation with Mexico, here's an unsettling #TwitterTrend that may leave #KlicKNet viewers a but stunned.

Field in Mexico City reportedly 'a mess' ahead of Rams-Chiefs MNF. 😮

The NFL hasn't made a decision yet on Monday's Chiefs v. Rams game in Mexico City, per @AdamSchefter.

This is what the field currently looks like.

There was some concern about the field at Estadio Azteca for the Rams-Chiefs game next Monday in Mexico City. This is what it looked liked today as they began work on it.

Here is the full release on the #Rams-#Chiefs game in Mexico being moved to LA

Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter
Discussions continue about whether Monday night’s Chiefs-Rams game will be played in Mexico City, LA or postponed, per sources. NFL determined to play it Monday night in Mexico City, but the field is “a mess” and might not be safe for players. It’s a significant concern.

Michael Dulka @jrdulka
Having watched liga mx all year... that field has been a mess for a while. League should have been more proactive.

Jay Sorgi @jsorgi
NFL needs to set a requirement for a specific type of turf with particular regular care requirements for any stadium they play in. Could they move the game to University Olympic Stadium? It's not Azteca-size, but seats 72,000.

Sam Farmer @LATimesfarmer
Re CHIEFS-RAMS Mexico City game, it's worth noting that NFL rules say the home team in the international series (in this case, the Rams) has to have its home stadium available in the event the game has to be moved, for whatever reason.

Geoff Schwartz @geoffschwartz
Move the game back to LA. Feels like a simple solution.

Jeff Duncan @JeffDuncan_
Problem is many fans have already booked airfares and hotel reservations to Mexico City to attend the game. If NFL cancels or postpones game it will cost folks significant $$$.

frank boal @realfrankboal
If anyone gets hurt on Azteca Stadium turf, there will be hell to pay. Two of the best teams in the NFL with super stars everywhere, taking a chance of ripping or tearing something for the sake of the international $$. Insanity.

Ian Rapoport @RapSheet
The NFL will move the Monday, November 19, Chiefs-Rams game originally scheduled for Estadio Azteca in Mexico City to the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles due to field conditions.

Andrew Siciliano @AndrewSiciliano
NFL says field at Estadio Azteca "does not meet NFL standards for playability and consistency and will not meet those standards by next Monday."

WWE had announced last night that SmackDown Women's Champion Becky Lynch would not be able to compete this Sunday at Survivor Series against the Raw Women's Champion Ronda Rousey, this was because of what happened at the end of Raw when the whole Women's Division of SmackDown came outta the blue beat down the Raw Women, and Nia Jax delivered a massive right hand to Becky that broke her face and gave her a concussion. So with a heavy heart, Becky Lynch chose to let Charlotte Flair take her place against Ronda Rousey, and there was a show of respect between these two SmackDown women despite their bitter rivalry which started late last summer. As for the situation with Daniel Bryan, I was there last March when he announced his triumphant return to wrestling on SmackDown, and then watched him wrestling a good match at WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans in April, since then it has been a heck of ride to see him every Tuesday night doing the one thing that he loves to do. But fast forward to last night, like every other fan in the WWE Universe, I could not wait to see Daniel Bryan become WWE Champion once again, and even take on Brock Lesnar in the near future, but the way that match ended last night was both sickening and confusing. I just don't what to say about Daniel Bryan's actions personally, but he had a look on his face that was completely disturbing, almost as if the joy of being WWE Champion has changed him for the worst, and you wonder how this will all play out this Sunday at Survivor Series. How do you think AJ Styles will respond after being robbed of the title that he has held for over a year? Until we get any answers from anybody, I now present a Web Choice playlist full of highlights from SmackDown last night, and I wonder if I should saying "lowlights" in this situation.
