Today's UPDATES

Without baseball season finally over, we have one less sports topic to talk about for the rest of the year, with the new seasons of the NBA and NHL up and running, let's talk a little NFL today in our Max Sports rundown. I think we can officially say that we are half way through the 2018 NFL season after two months in September and October of unbelievable football, it looks like the next two months in November and December are going to leave us amazed and with twelve teams left who will advance to the 2019 NFL Playoffs in January. So let's take a quick look the NFL Standings which are more or less surprising when you look at them for the first time, first in the NFC, the Los Angeles Rams are on one heck of a roll as they remain the only undefeated team in football at 8-0. As leaders of the NFC West Division, they had one thrilling game at the LA Coliseum last Sunday against the Green Bay Packers who find themselves at 3-3-1 in the NFC North and spills good news for the Chicago Bears who are 4-3 and currently leading the same division. The Rams' next opponents will ne the New Orleans Saints who lead the NFC South at 6-1, some say that this will be the Rams' first loss because the Saints are playing on a whole another level that cannot be matched by anyone else. Moving on to the AFC, the New England Patriots have gone back to their AFC East division leading ways at 6-2 after Miami Dolphins held on to that first place spot earlier in the season, and things have not look great for the Dolphins who have lost back-to-back games and are now 4-4 at the standings. The AFC Conference had its own undefeated team in the Kansas City Chiefs but that became a fainted memory when they lost to the Patriots, and yet still have a strong hold on said conference and the AFC West at 7-1. The last two division that we're going to talk about have been bit of mess of late, just when things were going great for the Tennessee Titans and Jacksonville Jaguars, they find themselves second and third place respectively in the AFC South while the Houston Texans are in first place with a nice record of 5-3. Finally, there's the AFC North in which the Pittsburgh Steelers who are still grieving over the terrible shooting in their hometown find themselves leading in their division at 4-2-1, despite the Cincinnati Bengals having a much more better record at 5-3, but it goes to show how important the Steelers' tie with the Cleveland Browns at the start of the season really is when it comes to the standings. As we gear up for November Football starting with the Oakland Raiders vs San Francisco 49ers this Thursday, November 1st, here's a look back at Week 8 in the NFL, plus a lot of results from last night's NBA and NHL games and even the match card for this Friday's WWE Network special which name I am not going to say aloud.

10,900 WWE Fans came to the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York to see the First-Ever All-Women's Pay-Per-View Event in History. WWE Evolution has been considered to be the Best PPV of 2018, and do you know why? Because all the matches featured exactly what Women's Wrestling is all about and I would be more than happy if they did all year again next year. I have not changed my opinion that the biggest match of the night from last Sunday was the Last Woman Standing match for the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship between Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair, it reminded me of the 30-Minute Iron Woman match that took place three years ago at NXT. On that night, Sasha Banks and Bayley literally broke the glass ceiling before that phase was even invented with a women's match that was the talk of the town in 2015, but fast forward here to 2018, Becky and Charlotte put on an unbelievable and extreme match that demonstrates how personal things have gotten between the two former best friends and the some. As both women would try to give each other down for the referee's 10-count, they went both went through a ton of extreme to achieve their goal, and at the end it was Becky who came out on top and retain the SmackDown Women's Title. Many viewers felt the Last Man Standing match was the clear highlight of the entire event, and to put that theory to the test, here's a WWE Evolution edition of #TwitterTrend, I hope everyone enjoys it, especially the WWE Universe itself.

Becky Lynch defeated Charlotte Flair in an outstanding Last Woman Standing Match that went 29 minutes. The final blow saw Lynch hit a Powerbomb off the middle ropes through a table that was on the floor. Charlotte tried to get up, but collapsed and that was it.

But why leave everyone on a high note... let's have trash main event.

One week from today is the 2018 Midterms, which means we are seven days away from one of the most important elections in history. #KlicKNet will be off all next week but will continue to give out daily updates on Facebook and hopefully one of the will be about the Midterm Elections. Last night, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah kicked off its weekling coverage of the elections from Miami Beach Florida, and all of it will conclude will conclude in a special LIVE Election Night show Next Tuesday on Comedy Central. Other late-night shows such as CBS' The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and NBC's Late Night with Seth Myers will also be going LIVE on Election Night, and it seems like we are going to use a few laughs once after the polls close and the final results are in. To see what Noah, Colbert and Myers are saying about the elections and the string of devastating news that broke out last week, here's a Web Choice playlist of clips from their respective shows last night.
