Today's UPDATES

The 2018 MLB Regular Season is officially over, now comes Postseason action tonight, but first, a Max Sports rundown on the two tiebreaker game yesterday afternoon. The Milwaukee Brewers and the Chicago Cubs were the first to hit the field and compete for the NL Central Division Title, and Chris Yelich, despite failing to the MLB Triple Crown, got the Brewers' offense going with a RBI single to center, allowing Orlando Arcia to score on third base. The first run game of the game happened in the third inning and by the bottom of the fifth, Cubs' Anthony Rizzo hit a solo home run to tie the game at one, and then later on in the eighth inning, Arcia was on third base and it was Lorenzo Cain who brought him this time with a single to shallow center. Brewers pinch hitter Domingo Santana went from second to third after that hit, and then Ryan Braun hit a single to center, allowing Santana to score and giving the Brewers a 3-1 lead. The Cubs did their best to get back in the game, but they failed to cash-in on a few opportunities due the Brewers' defense who stopped that from happening, so now Milwaukee has earned a 3-1 victory, the NL Central Division title, and the No. 1 Seed in the National League which means they will have home field advantage in the NL Division and Championship Series. Just after 4PM yesterday was the Colorado Rockies vs the Los Angeles for the NL West Division Title, the former had the chance to dethrone the latter's five-year division title reign, but the Dodgers refused to let their streak slip away from them, especially after coming up very very short in last year's World Series against the Houston Astros. Cody Bellinger got things going with a two-run home run in the fourth inning, and then, Max Muncy who was involved with that first home run, hit a two-run shot of his own in the fifth inning with Joc Pederson. The Dodgers scored again in the sixth when Enrique Hernández got himself a ground rule double and then Walker Buehler hit a singled to right allowing Hernández and making it a 5-0 Dodgers lead. The Rockies did not score until the ninth inning where they got only two runs thanks to back-to-back home runs from Nolan Arenado and Trevor Story, though it wasn't enough for them and so the Dodgers would win the game 5-2, the NL West Division Title, and a date with the Atlanta Braves in the NLDS on Thursday. So now we move to tonight's NL Wild Card Showdown between the Rocks and Cubs in Chicago, and I look to followed to what these two teams have to offer as one of them are in danger of losing two days in a row without the possibility of moving forward in the postseason.

Ten Years Ago, the Oklahoma City Thunder use to be called the Seattle SuperSonics until 2008 when the moved to OKC, since then the City of Seattle has been trying to get another Pro Sports team to go along with its current ones (Mariners and Seahawks). They seemed to have a great opportunity now because the NHL has an uneven number 31 teams in its league and Seattle is pushing as hard as ever to get a hockey team into its KeyArena which is the current home of the 2018 WNBA Champions Seattle Storm. Last week, the Seattle City Council approved of a $700 million renovation of the KeyArena and allow the Oak View Group to demolish and then replace it with a new facility. The Seattle Arena Company, or ArenaCo, plans to host a NHL team and possibly eventually one from the NBA in this new facility sometime in the future, demolition of KeyArena could begin this year with development agreement between ArenaCo and the city not allowed to begin construction. This is only unless the NHL Board of Governors has awarded Seattle an NHL franchise and supporters of a new hockey team say such a deal is very likely as the NHL's executive committee are set to have a meeting today, and then  the NHL Board of Governors must vote in December on whether to approve an expansion franchise for Seattle for the 2020-2021 season. I'm pulling for the entire city of Seattle to get another sports team, but two people who are not just happen to be the subject of today's #TwitterTrend, and they are WWE RAW Superstar Elias and Kevin Owens. These two loud mouth decided to play a little dis track for the Seattle crowd last night on Raw, as Elias would rubbed in the fact that the SuperSonics went to OKC, and you can bet 100% that the Seattle audience at the KeyArena did not like that. In fact, that comment was so upsetting, it drew loud and sustained boos from the crowd on a level that isn't seen often in the WWE. A lot of people took to twitter last night and express their feelings towards the heat Elias had gotten and the mixed emotions tells the entire story of this drama.

It doesn't make any sense for Seattle to have a basketball team... Now Oklahoma City I can understand that – Elias

So many boos. Elias gets crushed by Raw live crowd for bringing up SuperSonics leaving Seattle

WrestleTalk @WrestleTalk_TV
Elias and Kevin Owens had to shout into their microphones on #Raw last night after mentioning a subject close to the Seattle crowd's hearts,

Richard Padilla @chadvictory
.@ReneeYoungWWE quipping ""No respect for Detlef Schrempf!" after Seattle thrashed Elias for taking a shot at the SuperSonics automatically makes her an all-time great commentator. #RAW #BringBackTheSonics

Chris @JustChrisNGN
I didnt think I'd hear a louder reaction than Reigns after #Wrestlemania 32 for a super long time. Then Elias reminded Seattle that the SuperSonics left and it legit was deafening for about 10 min straight. #RAW

Jay Scott Smith @JayScottSmith
Plus, Elias unintentionally(?) shaded the hell out of the Seattle Storm too 😂 #Raw

Adam Silverstein @SilversteinAdam
I’ve never seen greater sustained heat than Elias got tonight in Seattle. This is epic. Place might have burned down if he followed up with the Seahawks in the Super Bowl.

Scott Fishman @smFISHMAN
Cancel the rest of #Raw and just have Elias and Kevin Owens vs. the Seattle crowd. #WWE

'The Influencer' Brian Zane @zmanbrianzane
Holy crap, Elias broke Seattle tonight. #RAW

Has anyone checked to see if Elias is alive? Did he make it out of Seattle in one piece👀 asking for a friend lol

It was one year ago today I woke this morning, turned on ABC's Good Morning America and came to a shocking news that 58 people were killed at the Route 91 Harvest music festival on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada the night before. It was the worst American mass shooting to ever been done by a lone shooter whose name I shall not mention ever again on this blog, he would leave 851 more people injured from gunfire and the resulting panic on the Strip. Now, one year later, things have changed for better and worst for the people who were there on that deadly night, but the city of Las Vegas has made sure to give a great tribute to every single victim last year and I'm giving #KlicKNet viewers a special Web Choice playlist on what has transpired on the past year with survivors trying to move on with their lives after watching terror on the streets of Las Vegas.
