Today's Updates, Happy Fourth of July 2018

Today's UPDATES

Happy Fourth of July, I take that everyone in the New York City area will out and about with barbeques, playing in the park or at the beach, and watch the fireworks display tonight. Even though the United States of America is competing in the FIFA World Cup this year, it is sure to have a wonder 4th of July Holiday today. As for the eight countries who have advanced to the World Cup Quarterfinals, one of them are a few wins away from holding the World Cup Trophy over their heads and celebrating along with their respective people. The quarterfinals start Friday with Uruguay taking on France and then Brazil vs Belgium, then on Saturday it's Sweden vs England and lastly it's Russia taking Croatia. The first half of the 2018 MLB Season is almost over, and on July 17th, it's the 2018 MLB All-Star Game at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C., voting to get whatever player that fans want to see in the game ends tomorrow which means that some fans do not have much time to pick the respective teams for the American and National League. While we wait to the starting lineups for the All-Star Game, here are the latest Max Sports results from yesterday and a look at what's coming today for the MLB on Independence Day.

With LeBron James going to the Los Angeles Lakers next year, it has taken Cavaliers fans a lot of time to let it sink in that the King has left The Land and moved on to a new home. Aside from the fact the LeBron James bought a $23 million mansion in Los Angeles so he could play with the Lakers, the one thing that the City of Cleveland will most about LeBron is the giant banner that was put when put when he returned to the Cavaliers. Nike was hard at work yesterday morning taking down the large city photo op located in Downtown Cleveland, LeBron in my opinion was more than just a player to the City of Cleveland, he was someone they could look up to as a Hero, an Idol, and a light of Hope that one day the city could finally win a Sports Championship after decades of failures. Now that LeBron has made good on his promise to bring a Championship to Cleveland, the people over there are forever grateful to him and were kind enough not to burn his Cavs jersey again, instead they all said "Thank You, LeBron!" and wished him good luck in Los Angeles. This following #TwitterTrend highlights people's reaction to LeBron's Cleveland banner being taken as down as some of them were completely saddened to see it go.
Arash Markazi @ArashMarkazi
LeBron’s banner removal is being handeled as breaking news in Cleveland.
Mel Andrews @immelandrews
A Cleveland girl watching @KingJames  banner being taken down. Thank you for delivering the only championship of my lifetime, #LeBron!

The LeBron James banner in downtown Cleveland is coming down this morning. Local TV station @wkyc is doing a live stream here:

Coming down, slowly but surely: The massive Nike LeBron James banner on the Sherwin-Williams building in downtown Cleveland was removed Tuesday. Onlookers stopped by to check out the progress and to take one last photo.

The crowds are lining up to take their pic by the LeBron banner outside the Q.

The live stream of the LeBron banner coming down in Cleveland is as sad as when their river started on fire

J.A. Adande @jadande
Why take it down so quickly? LeBron hasn’t even signed his contract with he Lakers yet.

FearTheSword @FearTheSword
Nike doesn't want to leave any false branding out there for even a second, I would guess.

J.A. Adande @jadande
If Nike wants to brand LeBron as a true icon than it shouldn’t matter what jersey he’s wearing at the moment. That banner is a landmark. What else in town gets photographed more?

Daniel Wolf @TheDanielWolf
When the LeBron banner in Downtown Cleveland eventually comes down it needs to be replaced with a new banner supporting the @Indians.

Sam Heintz @Sam_Heintz7
They should turn that LeBron banner into a 2016 championship postersupporting the @Indians.

Kenny Rieck @Kenzel12
I love LeBron, thanks for the Championship and for everything we’ve got to witness for 15 years in this city. Nothing will ever top it. But that banner has to come down today. Time to move on.

Andrew Smith @iSmitty12
I vote we don’t take the Lebron banner down... let it stand as a tribute to him and what he’s done for the city until we actually get a damn statue.

The perfect way to celebrate the 4th of July is by going to DIsneyland Resort in Anaheim or maybe Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. In the past weeks, DIsney California Adventure and Disney's Hollywood Studios have opened their respective new lands to the public this summer, and those new lands being Pixar Pier at DCA and Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios. Now we've gone over almost all the new rides that these new lands have to offer from the Incredicoaster to Slinky Dog Dash, but this time let's discuss the dining at each land which are Lamplight Lounge and Woody's Lunch Box. I can tell you this, Disney Park cooks and chef have spared no expense making some mighty fine dishes for who are having a good time right now at Pixar Pier and Toy Story Land, and would very much like to sample some of the delicious food. If anyone who has not been to Lamplight Lounge and Woody's Lunch Box, then here are two videos from the YouTube channel DIS Unplugged, approved by Web Choice by the way, which gives their own reviews on each restaurants and their Disney-themed food.
