#fakeTV FRiDAY

I's been a good week this time around and a feel much better that I took almost the whole week off, though I get the feeling that I might have to do it again very soon. With yesterday being the first official day of summer, we can all look forward to fun in the sun, and before I can give out the latest Max Sports rundown, here's a quick #fakeTV update. The writing progress for the third season of The Inzane Club is coming along great, two episodes are already finished and there will be more to write as the summer continues. As for sports, the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia is still going strong, so far, teams from Russia, Uruguay, , Spain, Portugal, France, Denmark, Croatia, Serbia, Sweden, Mexico, Belgium, England, Japan and Senegal are in prime position to move on to the knockout round where sixteen teams will duke it out in the final days of the tournament. It always come down to who has the best defense and offense overall and the team who that can produce both of those settings the best will go n winning the World Cup championship. Last night was the 2018 NBA Draft in Brooklyn and you wonder if each team got the player(s) that they wanted, the Phoenix Suns had the No. 1 Overall Pick and drafted Bahamian Center Deandre Ayton from the University of Arizona. We'll discuss more NBA draft picks this Sunday along with a lot of other stuff but here now are the results from this week in the MLB.

Last night, Marvel's youtube channel held a livestream for the Red Carpet World Premiere for the Netflix series Marvel's Luke Cage. The series is entering its second season which has been released today, critics are calling the new season just as better than the first and much stronger than previous second seasons of Daredevil and Jessica Jones. Since Iron Fist's first season was released last year, there has been a streak of bad luck for each of the Marvel Netflix series as the shows have not received a much more positive response as of late, especially with The Defenders and The Punisher. But Luke Cage has been able to break that bad streak and soon he will break through the streets of Harlem, New York to be a public hero for hire and get to the bottom of the many crimes in the city. The red carpet premiere last night was dazzling with the stars of the show coming out to share their thoughts on the new season and how each character will be affected by the outcome of each episode. To hear what some of them had to say, here's a Web Choice playlist Luke Cage edition where nothing is off limits when talking about a man with unbreakable skin and unbelievable strength.
