Today's UPDATES

It looks the NBA Conference Finals could be decided tonight and and tomorrow, for more on this, check out the Max Sports Rundown for today. The Pelicans had all the chance in the world to take Game 4 against the Warriors and tie their series at two games a piece, they had a really good second quarter after being outscored 37-22 by the Warriors. The Pelicans scored 32 points in the second quarter and limited the Dubs to just 24, that was all in the first half, the second was the Warriors totally and completely dominated. The Warriors made 33 points in the third quarter and 24 more in the fourth, for a grand total of 57 points, while the Pelicans were held to just 38 points in the second half after having getting 19 in both third and fourth quarter. This all led to a 118-92 victory for the Warriors thanks to power play offense by Kevin Durant who had made 38 points while Anthony Davis scored 26 points for the Pelicans. Just like the Warriors, the Red Hot Rockets are just one win away from a trip to the Conference Finals, having defeat the Jazz 100-87, and despite the fact that Donovan Mitchell of the Jazz scored 25 points, Chris Paul made 27 points. Everyone seems to be looking forward to a Rockets-Warriors playoff series as the Best Team in the NBA this season was Rockets, and some wonder if their offense and defense is good enough to match the Dubs so they can make it to the Finals. Tonight, both the Celtics and Cavaliers are the verge of going to the Conference Finals if they can beat the Sixers and Raptors one more time respectively, some believed we would see a Celtic-Cavs series, but things have changed for both teams including their rosters. So much to come tonight including the aftermath of WWE's Backlash pay-per-view last night, which will spill over to Monday Night Raw, see the results down the below.

Last week, the first full-length trailer for Marvel Studios' Ant-Man and The Wasp was released and it looked incredible from top to bottom. The new trailer has prompted people to think about the film's connection to Avengers: Infinity War, as Ant-Man and The Wasp has been said to take place in between Civil War and Infinity War, fans have tried their best offer up theories on the mysterious link within them. One thing you should know is that the new film coming on July 6th will deal with how much Civil War has impacted Scott Lang's life, he made a deal to stay under house arrest after he aided Captain America in one of this crusades. There had been rumors that Paul Rudd would appear in Infinity War in some way capability, but spoiler alert, he was only mentioned in the film as well as Hawkeye who had taken the same plead deal as Lang pior. So I'm kinda hoping that Jeremy Renner will appear in Ant-Man the Wasp so he can finally know where he's been since Civil War. So many burning questions that need to be answered immediately, but we have two months until the new MCU film comes into theaters, so we'll have to figure it out on our own. In the meantime, I present today's #TwitterTrend with fan tweeting their own theories what the tie-ins between Ant-Man the Wasp and Infinity War could be like.

quantum realm (antman & the wasp)

Oh Nah @Pinchecocolo
The Quantum Realm is back. First seen in Ant-Man 1 and Doctor Strange. I want to see how this all leads up to Infinity War 2

Antik @upstarchamback
Pre-emptive theory: Ant-Man and  Wasp weren't in Infinity War because in going to the quantum realm they discovered that the quantum realm is like a web between not just particles but also the very foundation of the multiverse and in turn they become trapped on an alternate earth

Man-Ghoul @Xenofilmguy
My theory is, they where in Infinity War just in the quantum realm and they see it happening around them.

Noel Mellor @thenoelmellor
Theory. #AntManandtheWasp takes place after Civil War and before/during #AvengersInfinityWar. Their last act is spent ‘safe’ in the Quantum Realm and they emerge post #InfinityWar. Hawkeye shows up and says something like “The Avengers/Earth/The Universe needs your help.”

i'm screaming about ant-man and the wasp but thinking about how this will connect with infinity war is killing me inside

Simon Breeze @Simon_Breeze
Ant-Man and the Wasp seems like such a comedown after Infinity War, it’s a strange choice for the next film, but I guess it’s a nice breath of fresh air after the madness

going from Infinity War to Ant-Man and the Wasp with just over a month in between is some major mood whiplash

Harvey Macho @DeetchTweets
I was honestly skeptical but I'm sold on Ant-Man and the Wasp now. I'm glad Marvel isn't worrying about making it look like a big follow-up to Infinity War or anything like that. Just making another weird heist movie. That's perfect.

There's a lot going in on at Disney Parks around the world, but we'll focus on those from right here in the United States. Next year will be all about Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge opening at Disneyland Park in Anaheim and Disney's Hollywood Studios in Florida, but this year in 2018 belongs to the Wonderful World of Pixar. Disney California Adventure has been hard at work turning Paradise Pier into Pixar Pier and the progress has been coming along really great, so get great that it will opening in time on June 23rd. Meanwhile, Hollywood Studios in Florida will open Toy Story Land the next following weekend on June 30th, and the experience within that new area is nothing you have ever seen before, and I am certain that park goers will not be disappointed. Disneyland Resort has been planning its future the same way Walt Disney World has, but only a different when it comes to the number of guest who visits their parks. It's already building a new parking structure in order to help with the capacity of guests who will arrive once Galaxy's Edge opens, it plans to close down major building at the Downtown Disney district this summer to make room for an new hotel resort which will be completed by 2021, and soon DCA will closed down A Bug's Land to start construction on the upcoming Marvel Land. In today's Web Choice playlist, you'll hear what a certain Disney fan, who owns the Orange Grove 55 youtube channel, has to say about what impact Infinity War will have on the new Marvel Land in DCA, plus some new construction videos on Pixar Pier and Toy Story Land.
