Today's UPDATES

The best star of the NBA Eastern Conference were on display last night during two crucial playoffs games, today's Max Sports Rundown explains it all. Game Three between the 76ers and Celtics was in Philadelphia yesterday and it was a game so amazing that it needed extra time to declare the winner. Joel Embiid of the Sixers got a double-double in this game, but it wasn't enough to keep the Celtics down, Sixers' Marco Belinelli hit a buzzer-beater at the end of regulation that sent the Sixers into a bouncing for joy on the court with confetti being shot from cannons causing chunks of it rain all over the arena. Little did the Sixers and fan know that this game would go in overtime, and soon their arrogance would get the best of them. Celtics' Al  Horford scored the go-ahead basket for Boston late in overtime 76ers were sloppy with the basketball and the confetti, leading the Celtics to a 101-98 victory and a 3-0 series lead on Saturday night. Moving on to the Cavaliers and Raptors, it seems like everytime these two teams meet each other in the playoffs, something good happens............for Cleveland that is. It's no secret that LeBron James enjoys beating up on the Dinos every chance he gets, and last night was no exception, LeBron scored thirty-six points in what was another great Game 3 showdown. Then with eight seconds left in the fourth quarter with the game tied at 103, LeBron did what he does best, bank in the game winning buzzer-beater, this would give the Cavs a 105-103 win over the Raptors and shoving them to the edge of the playoff exit yet again. Today, it's time to see what the four remaining Western Conference teams can do this current weekend with the Conference Semifinals of the NBA Playoffs getting really interesting, for now, see what how the Stanley Cup Playoffs are turning out and a last minute at the match card for tonight's WWE Backlash pay-per-view.

Marvel Studios' Avengers: Infinity War keeps on breaking records, one of which will be discussed in our #TwitterTrend for today. Now its second week, the cinematic blockbuster keeps on adding accolade after accolade and making the Marvel's Ten Years of Hard Work meaningful. According to many sites such as The Hollywood Reporter, the movie has made it to $1 billion dollars at the box office in a record number of eleven days and is expected to continue its rapid rise as it opens in more markets around the world such as China. Avengers: Infinity War has made about $125 million domestically this current weekend, the second best sophomore outing of all time behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens which made $149 million, but hey, anything can happen at the last minute when it comes to Disney and the Marvel films it helps to produce. This might come as a shock to everyone, but Infinity War isn't the only Disney-owned film that is going to do well this pre-summer season, Lucasfilm's Solo: A Star Wars Story is making a big splash this upcoming Memorial Day Weekend. According to Deadline.com, this space western film centered on a young Han Solo is poised to make $170 million over its domestic opening weekend which is a four-day Memorial Day holiday, and Fandango has said that Solo’s advance tickets sales in its first 24 hours have outstripped sales for Black Panther. But this is only the second fastest sale this year behind Infinity War, so Star Wars fans will not have to worry about Infinity War taking all the attention this month; moving back to Infinity War, see what the tweeters are tweeting on twitter about the newest record broken by the latest Billion Dollar Blockbuster.

Fri night box-office update: #AvengersInfinityWar could now clear $125M domestically this wknd, the 2nd best sophomore outing of all time behind @starwars FORCE AWAKENS ($149M). No wonder the other major Hollywood studios continue to steer clear of the Marvel/Disney juggernaut...

I'm not sure If I have already told this before on #KlicKNet, the hosts for the 2018 Primetime Emmy Awards were announced and they are none other than Saturday Night Live Head Writers and Weekend Update Co-anchors Colin Jost and Micheal Che. This powerhouse duo started doing Weekend Update together back from SNL's 40th Season in 2014, since then they have made their voices heard. They did a terrific job covering the 2016 Election, traveled to the political party conventions in Cleveland and Philly, performed in summer editions of Weekend Update last year, and made a ton of joke about our current president. During their tenure, they have helped SNL win many Emmy Awards and now they'll be able to make this year's Primetime Emmys on NBC hilarious with the help of the entire SNL team led by Lorne Michaels who is the executive producer of the 2018 award show. I didn't really put in good work for this latest Web Choice playlist, but I have a few videos regarding the Emmy Co-Hosts announcement as well as a video from last night's SNL where Pete Davidson shares his thoughts on the big news.
