Today's UPDATES

For the first time in thirty-nine years, both the Eastern and Western Conference Finals in the NBA will bet decided in a pair of Game 7s, to full understand why this is happening, here's one Big Max Sports Explanation. The Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors have met each other for in the NBA Finals for three straight years and if they win in their respective Game 7s, it will be for the fourth straight time. But the Boston Celtics and Houston Rockets are not about to let their losses in Game 6s this current weekend distract them and let their dreams of going back to the Finals be dashed, but luckily they have home court advantage in the last games of their respective series. Last Friday saw the Cavaliers do what they do best, this entire playoffs, dominate at home, and thanks to LeBron James' double double of 46 points and 11 rebounds, they were able to hold off the Cletics 109-99, so now the question is: Can they make it to the NBA Finals by winning Game 7 on the road? The same question goes double for the Warriors who put on a client in the second half of last night's game. The Rockets were without Chris Paul due to a hamstring injury but were able to take the lead over Warriors for the entirely if the first half with 61 points, it was really a 8-0 start in the third quarter that brought the Warriors back to life and soon the defending champs looked like old again. Klay Thompson scored the most points for the Warriors with 35 points, of course, when I said that the Warriors came back to life, I meant they outscored the Rockets in every way imaginable, they had 33 points over the Rockets' 13 points in the third quarter. Then in the fourth, the Warriors held their opponents to just nine points as they made 31 of their own,all of which led to a  115-86 victory and the series tied at 3. I hope everyone is ready for tonight and tomorrow, because we are in for a treat when it comes two consecutive Game 7s on two consecutive nights.

The cool thing to know about LeBron James is that he gone to seven straight NBA Finals and has won three championships out of them, he wasn't going to let that streak end against the Celtics in a must-win situation. Last Friday was one of his most dominant performances when he became shy of a triple double but was able to help the Cavaliers tie their series with the Celtics at three games a piece. Today's #TwitterTrend talks about more details on what this series between the two remaining Eastern Conference teams in the NBA Playoffs, we know that the Celtics have gone in without Kyrie Irving and Gordon Hayward by their side but that has not stop them from getting this far in the playoffs. Now they are one win away from making to the NBA Finals and secure in a pot in the history books, the Cavaliers on the other hand have been all about history making moments ever since LeBron came back to Cleveland, and while the fears of him leaving the city again are looming high, this could very well be the Cavaliers' last stand to win a championship for their beloved city. It will not being easy beating the Celtics and for two good reasons, one is that: the Cavs will be without Kevin Love tonight because he has experienced some "concussion-like symptoms" and has been ruled out for Game 7, and two is that: no home team has lost a Game 7 in the Conference Finals in quite some time now. As we gear up for tonight's anticipated Game 7 between Cavs and Celtics, let's see the great numbers that LeBron has put up to make the Cavaliers organization a success thus far.

LeBron's elimination numbers are just absurd.

More efficient than everyone, out scored Jordan, on par with Shaq as a rebounder, dishing out more dimes than the Legend. Amazing.

This one...is pretty ridiculous.

Entering his 99th game of the season, in his 15th year, LeBron James not only leads the @NBA in minutes.  He’s now played 398 more minutes, 12 percent more, than the next guy on the list.
ESPN @espn
LeBron has faced elimination twice this postseason.

These are his first-half numbers in each of those games.

LEBRON JAMES. COLD.

Averaging 36.5-11.7-7.4

ESPN Stats & Info @ESPNStatsInfo
LeBron James has played in 7 consecutive NBA Finals, the longest streak in NBA history by a player who didn't play for the Bill Russell-era Celtics.

That streak could come to an end tonight.

Bryan Gibberman @BryanGibberman
LeBron James has faced elimination 3 times in the ECF during streak of 7 straight NBA Finals appearances.

James has averaged 36 points per game on 56% shooting with 11.6 rebounds.  Won all 3 games.

Tom Withers @twithersAP
LeBron is also 112-50 in the playoffs since 2011, including #NBAFinals

J.A. Adande @jadande
The only active streak more impressive than LeBron’s 7 straight NBA Finals is Oprah putting herself on the cover of her magazine every month for the past 18 years

Micah Adams @MicahAdams13
The last time LeBron wasn't in the finals, 78% of current NBA players had not yet made their NBA debut.

ESPN Stats & Info @ESPNStatsInfo
LeBron James finishes the 1st half with 25 pts, 5 ast, and 5 reb after playing all 24 minutes.

The only other time this postseason he played all 24 minutes in the 1st half was Game 7 of the 1st round vs the Pacers, where had 26 pts, 5 ast, and 4 reb in the 1st half

LeBron is actually raising his elimination numbers in year 15. . .

Bill Simmons @BillSimmons
I’d love to see my face 25 years ago if someone told me the league’s best player was going to play all 48 minutes in a must-win playoff game during his 15th season with 53,000 NBA minutes on his odometer already.

A quick update on the progress of the upcoming Pixar Pier coming to Disney California Adventure in Anaheim to end the today's post. As the new themed area will open within a month, there are some new details on the new four sections (or neighborhoods as they call them) about Pixar Pier that will give fans that great experience of living within their favorite Pixar movie. The first neighborhood is called "Incredibles Park" and is inspired by none other than The Incredibles, it will be an inviting plaza featuring mid-century modern design aesthetics and feature the new Incredicoaster and Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums stand. The second neighborhood is the "Toy Story Broadwalk" where guests can ride the fan-favorite Toy Story Midway Mania, eat at places like Poultry Palace and Señor Buzz Churros, and then next year kick back on Jessie’s Critter Carousel. Next we have the third neighborhood which is dedicated to all things Pixar, in fact it is called the "Pixar Promenade" and its focal point will be the Pixar Pal-A-Round that will include the iconic face of Mickey Mouse on the Paradise Bay side of the wheel, but each of the 24 gondolas will feature different pairs of Pixar characters. We cannot forget about the Games of the Boardwalk at "Pixar Promenade" which has four new games such as Heimlich’s Candy Corn Toss, Wall-E Space Race, La Luna Star Catcher and Bullseye Stallion Stampede. To wrap it all up, Inside Out will be apart of the new Pier with the Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff store and Angry Dogs stand featured at the Promenade and then coming soon on the western end of the pier is the lush and colorful "Inside Out Headquarters" which will feature a whimsical family-friendly attraction, scheduled to open at a later date. Disney Park fans will have a lot to look forward to once Pixar Pier opens and right now, we have a new Web Choice playlist that'll take viewers into the finishing progress of this upcoming area to DCA next month.
