#fakeTV: Top Ten

One week after Avengers: Infinity War opened in theaters and already it has become the "#1 Movie Opening of All Time." It has grossed over $322.8 million in the United States and Canada, and $534.7 million internationally, for a worldwide total of $857.5 million. Now in its second week in theaters, the movie could make it to the $1 Billion Dollar mark as soon as this weekend, something that Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Jurassic World have in their theatrical runs. If that was not enough, Infinity War has also been nominated for a total of three awards in the MTV Movie & TV Awards, for yesterday the nominations for the upcoming award ceremony on MTV were announced. Although they once again feature gender-neutral categories like last year, they have some of the best nominees no matter what gender or color they are, for instant, two other Marvel Studios blockbusters, Black Panther and Thor: Ragnarok, are nominated with BP getting the most awards with a total of seven and Ragnarok getting just two. Black Panther is a cultural smash hit and I believe that it deserves to win most if not all of these awards because when once I saw it, I knew it would not be long before people would be lining in theaters everywhere and be apart of a great movement in history. Elsewhere on the television side of things, Netflix's Stranger Things have gotten the second most nominations with six and it all thanks to the young actors who made the show a big hit everywhere it was being watch on the internet. It is hard to decide to who deserves to move in the NBA and NHL playoffs, but things can only be determined if the teams will will to play through these gureling best=of-7 series a little longer as they would like; playing for the championship means that you have earned your way to calling yourself the best in sports. Here's a quick new Max Sports updates in each second round matchup that have been getting real intense this week.

For the past couple of weeks on #fakeTV, we have focused each of our Top Ten list on the 2018 NFL Schedule and how all of the primetime games have so much meaning to them. First it was all about the new Thursday Night schedule coming to Fox two weeks ago, the last week we tried to make sense of the Monday Night schedule on ESPN, and now today we head on over to NBC Sunday Night Football. NBC has done a terrific job with broadcasting the best matchups on its network and its Sunday Night Package is living proof of that, NBC has also offered the annual Kickoff game and primetime Thanksgiving game, and this year is no exception. The 2018 NFL Season begins when the defending Super Bowl Champions Eagles take the ultimate flight against the Falcons, who will start their season on a quest to get back to the Super Bowl which will be held at the Falcons' Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Vikings failed to be the first team in history to play for the Super Bowl title in their own home stadium earlier this year, so if the Falcons want to have better luck, they need to be at the top their game this upcoming season once they kickoff with Eagles on September 6th. Every teams that is on the Sunday Night schedule will have to be on at the top of their game, and here are only ten games that are must-see TV.
