Today's UPDATES
There not much to report in our Max Sports rundown today, but just a quick recap, the Rockets and Jazz have inched closer and closer to a playoff second round date with each other. The second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs is all but complete, the Captials punched their ticket to Pittsburgh last night after putting away the Blue Jackets and will now match up with the defending Stanley Cup title-holding Penguins. The only first round game left in these hockey playoffs is between the Bruins and Maple Leafs, and it will be a Game 7 Winner Take All situation, but both teams know what awaits them after this game, a Trip to Tampa Bay where the Lightning's already there. Moving to wrestling, the WWE will be doing something special this Friday on the WWE Network, with an event so gigantic, it has to be called the "Greatest Royal Rumble." Every men's championship from the Universal Title to the WWE Title will be up for grabs, plus, impressive matches such as The Undertake vs Rusev in a Casket Match, then there's Triple going one-on-one with John Cena for the first time in eight years. Finally, we have the 50-Man Over-The-Top-Rope Royal Rumble match were over fifty men will compete in one of the most biggest and largest matches in WWE History, and it all takes place at the King Abdullah International Stadium in the Kingdom of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Time now for another update on the playoff series and the games played last night.

I'm about to do something that has never been done this blog before, I am going to give the readers of #KlicKNet not one, but two #TwitterTrends today. The first one is about the Red (ore Purple) Carpet World Premiere of Marvel Studios' Avengers: Infinity War and it was 100% Completely LIT, I was about to watch almost the whole thing on twitter and live tweet about while I was also live tweeting about Monday Night Raw. the outfit that I loved the most was the one wore by Letitia Wright who had the most stylish outfit on the carpet, my second favorite had to be Vin Diesel who showed up with all of these sticks sticking out of his white jacket which were a little creepy at first, but it goes to show that the actors and actresses who gave their heart and soul for this film went all in for the World Premiere. Marvel Studios was able to share some of its props to the carpet and present costumes and items from past films in the MCU in a special 10th Anniversary exhibit, every about it was amazing as you could see all the things Marvel came up with for the past ten years. You could also expect that fans of the movies dress up in cosplay and boy did they went all in on that one, knowing how big of a fanbase that the Marvel Cinematic Universe has, anyone can understand why everyone what to be apart of this once-in-a-lifetime experience. So feast you eyes on the pics and tweets that were taken from last night's world premiere.

I am overwhelmed. The
movie is epic beyond compare. LOVED it. My legs are still shaking. It’s a
gigantic @Marvel masterpiece. So much to say but I’ll stay Silent Bob til
Monday so as not to slip in spoilers. Suffice to say it’s gonna be a looooong
year until @Avengers 4...

Tong @briantong
Infinity WOW!
#InfinityWar. Lots of payoffs. Stay till the very END. That’s all I’m saying.

Avengers #InfinityWar is
epic, emotional and most of all, shocking. Marvel just raised the stakes higher
than you can believe.

@Terri_Schwartz
#InfinityWar is a whole
lot to process. I liked it a lot, and there’s so much that works, but it
definitely is “Part 1.” The ending is amazing and worth the journey, but there
is a LOT crammed into its run time. Overall really liked it but need a rewatch
already.

"Avengers: Infinity
War" is the culmination of the last 10 years in the MCU, coming to a point
of flawless action, dramatic effect, and a breathtaking appeal for its fans. It is an impeccable achievement in both
direction and visuals. (1 of 2)

Clayton
Davis @AwardsCircuit
"Avengers: Infinity
War" puts all the stakes on the table.
It could be "Empire Strikes Back" of superhero films, where
you are put through the ringer OR Marvel could renege on everything we
witnessed, & spit in the face of its fans in Part 2. Hope not #Avengers
#InfinityWar 2/2
Scott
Collura @ScottCollura
#InfinityWar is mostly
great, somehow managing to mix all the elements of the MCU into one big
mix-tape of fun, thrills, emotion... and despair. The ending is brilliant.

Robinson @TashaRobinson
AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR
is basically CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR times 20, except with less hero-on-hero
fighting. I think people who loved the airport fight in CIVIL WAR like I did
will go nuts for this film, and people who were bored will be 20 times as bored
here. #InfinityWar
Tasha
Robinson @TashaRobinson
But personally, if I'd
seen #InfinityWar for the first time at a normal screening in a normal theater,
I would have walked out afterward, bought another ticket, and walked right back
in for a second viewing. That's how much I was into it.
Tasha
Robinson @TashaRobinson
Another thing: I've been
reviewing films for decades now, and I have never heard an audience react to
the end of a film like the #InfinityWar audience reacted tonight. It was an
astonishing experience. (And it's another reason I want to see the film again
in a packed house.)
Jim
Vejvoda @JimVejvoda
I liked #Avengers
#InfinityWar more than a lfew other folks I’m talking to after the premiere.
It’s hugely emotional and very funny but some might find it ... I need to sleep
on this.
Peter
Sciretta @slashfilm
#InfinityWar is
everything you want, nothing you expect. It’s funny, surprising, dark, filled
with delightful interplay between characters never seen on screen before. I
know many filmmakers say they are trying to make a sequel in the vein of Empire
Strikes Back, this succeeds.
erickohn @erickohn
#InfinityWar may be the
most expensive Hollywood movie ever designed to mess with its audience. People
sure are going to sit through a lot of credits!
Finally today, we go over the highlights of the Infinity War World Premiere Event last night with another great Web Choice playlist. We'll be able to hear what the cast and crew and other members of the Marvel family had to say they all have accomplished in the past ten years and how it will payoff once this major blockbuster is released. Plus, Robert Downey Jr., Tom Holland, Paul Bettany, Zoe Saldana and Pom Klementieff all made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night which had been taped before the Word Premiere and they shared their feeling about working together and being apart of what is all around a great universe of characters. So enough with all the talk, let us get on with the playlist that I was talking about.
