What the heck is going on out there?, it's snowing in the Northeastern part of the United States, and that includes New York. One can only hope that this will be the last snowfall until the winter season comes again later this year, right now we can talk about what's on the Max Sports menu for today. We much spoke a lot about the Eastern Conference in the NBA League, today we're going to discuss what's going on in the Western Conference, and let me tell you, it's just what you would have expected it to be, very competitive in every possible way. The Houston Rockets have taken everyone by surprise, and they have what seems to be the best Big Three a team could ever, the winning combo of James Harden, Chris Paul and Clint Capela remain solid despite losing to the San Antonio Spurs yesterday. The Rockets are #1 in the West and have the best record overall this season, they have completely overtake the Golden State Warriors who despite being #2 in the West are without Steph Curry and Patrick McCaw due to injuries. Questions remain if Steph will return for the playoffs as Dubs' coach Steve Kerr has said before that he will not play for the first round of the playoffs. The Portland Trail Blazers have yet to clinch their own division, like the Rocks and Dubs who already have, but they are in the #3 Seed of the West and have secured their tickets to the playoffs, meanwhile there's a battle going on for the #4 Seeds with the Spurs, OKC Thunder and Utah Jazz all vying for that spot in the West. Finally, the last spots are currently being held by the Timberwolves and Pelicans, but the Nuggets, who won yesterday, and the Clippers still in it until the bitter end, so who knows what will happen in the last two weeks of the season. There are no NBA games that are going to be played today, and that seems like a good since the 2018 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship Game is tonight from the Alamodome in San Antonio and the lights will be on Michigan and Villanova who want to prove they are the best in the NCAA. We've got the results of every NBA and NHL game played yesterday, plus a look at the playoff standings for the NHL which makes you you realize it's going to a tough battle for the Stanley Cup.

Guess what, I played a APril Fools prank yesterday, I used a water soaker that I got a few years ago and I wet my father's bed with it. I only wet the inside of this bed after I pulled off the covers and pillows and then put them back; then I waited to see if Dad found that the bed was wet and hoped he be like "WHAT?" But he hasn't seemed to spoke about it, so it looks like I won without trace, it just goes to show how prank ideas keep getting bigger and better every year. The Marvel Cinematic Universe just keeps on getting bigger and better every time a new star comes along, and this just in, there rumor going around that just happens to our #TwitterTrend, and it involves John Boyega. The star of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Star Wars: The Last Jedi and Pacific Rim: Uprising has said said that he is in talked with Marvel Studios about a new role in the works. It could be possible that he could be Marvel's choice to play Blade, but Boyega says that he is not interested in taking the famous Balde once held by Wesley Snipes years ago, so there's no telling you will play the Vampire hunter in his own Netflix series. While we wait to what else will happens in this ongoing story, we can at least learn what the Twitterverse is saying about John Boyega's rumored role in the MCU.
