Today's UPDATES

It's been somewhat of an off week for some people, we are just coming off of the NFL Conference Championship games that left us speechless. We now know what the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles will be wearing to Super Bowl LII on February 4th, and it might determine the outcome of the game. First, the first the Patriots announced that they will be wearing their "white" road jerseys because they do very well in the Super Bowl when wearing, and since they will be the home team in this year's Super Bowl, they got to choose first. The Eagles have gone with the "midnight green" home jerseys they wear, but not just because it looks good on them, but because they have had major success in midnight green this past season. Considering the fact that these two teams were #1 Seeds in their respective conferences this past season, the storybook rivalry between these two will be legendary and they come from two of the most american cities in the Unites States. The last time the Eagles and Patriots were together, it was on December 6, 2015 when the Eagles beat the Patriots 35-28, so we could be in for a close game at the Super Bowl, but for now, let Max Sports take you through some other sports results from the NBA and the last WWE shows before the Royal Rumble on Sunday.

Just before the 25th Anniversary of Monday Night Raw started, the WWE was hit with the allegations that fellow superstar Enzo Amore was accused of sexual harassment/assault and raping. This issue has been catching on like a virus since late last year when Harvey Weinstein was the first to be hit with the accusations of sexual harassment and many more after. Now I won't get into as to how Enzo Amore got himself into this mess, but as you might have known we was going to defend the WWE Cruiserweight Championship against Cedric Alexander at the Royal Rumble this Sunday, but then the rape allegations came to light, Enzo was suspended immediately lats Monday, and then yesterday we was released from WWE just yesterday. This left the Cruiserweight Championship vacated for the time being, and Daniel Bryan announced on 205 Live last night that a new General Manger for the Cruiserweight show will be announced next week and will address the state of the Cruiserweight title. It's a shame that this tragic story is our #TwitterTrend today and fans are already stunned and disappointed by the revelation of a beloved superstar committing an inexcusable act.

I was told this morning that Enzo Amore was aware of the allegations and didn't clue WWE in.

Per the Phoenix Police Department, there has been no change in the status of the Eric “Enzo Amore” Arndt case since yesterday. This plus WWE pivoting from suspension to firing suggests that not telling WWE he was being investigated was indeed the catalyst for the firing.

Dave Schilling @dave_schilling
Enzo Amore had everything a wrestler could want: charisma, crowd heat, merchandise sales, and a sustained TV push in WWE. He pissed it all away in a year.

Joseph @wwereject
Wow it's amazing how Twitheads just assume Enzo Amore is 100% guilty before the story has hit the News. You know Twitter the same place that claimed Willie Nelson died 58 times last year. #InnocentUntilProvenGuilty

James @LLCoooolJames
Tweeting serious accusations like what's been aimed at Enzo Amore is ridiculous. Why is trial by social media a thing? I'm not saying he's guilty or innocent but tweeting stuff like that is not the right way to go about it. Report it to the police. Let them do their job.

Nathan @WWELUFC
Enzo Amore is a total wanker, pass it on.

Heard last night Vince told Enzo to "get out"... now WWE has fired him. The end has come for Enzo Amore. Wow.

Ten years ago last Monday, famous actor Heath Ledger passed away from an accidental intoxication from prescription drugs. His death has been a major subject in the past ten years, I hardly knew much about him when I was younger, but when I first saw him as The Joker in The Dark Knight in July of 2008, I was amazed by the performance he brought to the big screen. At first Ledger's Joker was just a petty criminal stealing money and blowing up building in Gotham City, he dyed his hair green and wore clown makeup, or at least I think it was that. But when crossed paths with Christian Bale's Batman, all hell broke loose, Joker turned the whole city upside down and so many people payed price. This is why I always watch The Dark Knight over and over again because it is one of my favorite out of all of the Batman movies ever made and it tells a compelling story about a hero and a villian. To honor the memory of Heath Ledger, Web Choice offers three of the best Joker scenes from The Dark Knight, from his first scene to his very last.
