Today's UPDATES

I've spent the past few hours trying to recuperate the results of yesterday's NFL Conference Championship games. I had the highest of hopes for the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Minnesota Vikings who last week shocked the world with their stellar performances only see the dreams of being in the Super Bowl dashed away. Now, the Jaguars had all the chance in the world to beat the New England Patriots and pull off the upset of the year, but in the 4th Quarter, the Patriots did when they do best, make a big comeback like in last year's Super Bowl. Danny Amendola scored two touchdowns for the Patriots, one of which sent them to the Super Bowl for the second year in a row and their 10th AFC Championship overall. The Philadelphia Eagles seem to have their whole work cut out for them when the Vikings scored a touchdown on the opening drive of the game, but one bad mistake changed everything. The Eagles' Patrick Robinson got a 50 Yard Interception Return Touchdown and soon the Eagles were in the driver's seat, scoring four more touchdowns and a field goal. With that tremendous show of dominance on both defense and offense, the Eagles could be bit of a major threat to the Patriots' chances of winning back to back Super Bowls. The Jaguars and Vikings stellar defense all season but they just weren't enough for the respective opponents, so now the attention turns to Minneapolis, Minnesota for Super Bowl LII, Sunday, February 4th on NBC, and for the next two weeks, Max Sports will full-on coverage on everything building up to the big game.

Moving on from a unbelieveable weekend of shutdowns and marches, we can look forward to a brand new week, starting with the 25th Anniversary of WWE Monday Night Raw. The celebration starts tonight at 8PM on USA Network when the first four of RAW goes LIVE from the legendary Manhattan Center deep in the heart of New York City for the first in over two decades, then we head over to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The list of Legends and former WWE Superstars is incredible and it would be impossible to tell them all to you right now, but WWE put together an incredible video that will air as the opening for the 25th Anniversary, it showcases some of the greatest moments of Raw from the first episode to Braun Strowman and Big Show breaking the ring. The opening video had some of my favorite moments like John Cena throwing Edge into the Long Island Sound, Seth Rollins turning on The SHIELD, and let's not forget Daniel Bryan's YES Movement occupying Raw, honestly I was laughing my head when that happened. It goes to show that any moment on Raw can be a great moment, you just have to look hard enough and find it, with Royal Rumble Weekend coming up, what great moments will we see tonight before the Royal Rumble and NXT TakeOver: Philadelphia? Until tonight happens, #TwitterTrend has found a couple tweets that tell you that fans are excited about the opening video that came out yesterday.

This video is why I will always be a lifelong fan of Professional Wrestling.

It's going to a Super Bowl rematch, thirteen years in the making, these two teams have faced each other in Super Bowl XXXIX back in 2005 and the Patriots would go on to win their third world championship after a 24-21 victory over the Eagles. The fact that the Patriots and Eagles are in the Super Bowl is not just hurting fans of the Jaguars and Vikings, New Yorkers (like me) are most disappointed because the Jets and Giants' biggest rivals are in the Big Game in two weeks. New York City's football teams had a dreadful season and we the people of New York have to watch a game that doesn't seem to matter anymore, which is why I changed my twitter username to "#NothingMatterAnymore Expect 22", the number 22 is there because it's how old I'm going to be come next month in February. The thing that makes this even worse is that the top of the Empire State Building last night, lit up with the colors of both the Patriots and Eagles, that's the last thing that Jets and Giants fans need to see, losing another season was bad enough but from what I from the Empire State Building last night, the Pats and Birds are going to rub this feeling in our New York's face for years to come. The matchup for Super Bowl 52 is almost the same as the Trump situation going on in Washington DC with the Government Shutdown still in affect, however it might end sometime today. This coupled with the Women's Marches around country last Saturday and Trump's one year anniversary of being in office getting plunged into chaos, the question on everyone's mind is: does anything matter anymore. Web Choice has a video from last weekend's edition of Saturday Night Live with host Jessica Chastain and I think it's video that you need to see immediately.
