Today's UPDATES

Happy FIrst Day of Winter, this is the last Update Post of the Year on #KlicKNet and I'm going to give to you some of the last juicy stories of the year. Starting with the NBA on Christmas Day, I learned a long time ago that some of the best parts of Christmas are the special sports games that come on every year, while Football may go to Thanksgiving and Baseball belonging to the Independence Day, Basketball on Christmas is very special to fans, and we've got five games that will showcase ten of the best teams whose rivalries are heated up at the moment. First there's the post-Melo New York Knicks hosting a game at Madison Square Garden against the Philadelphia 76ers who have been a little too good as of late, and that seems like a good thing. Then we have the long awaited NBA Finals rematch between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors, right now these two are not in first place in their respective conference as prephas all that NBA Finals hangover is starting to catch up with them. Next we have the Boston Celtics and Washington Wizards, these teams have played in the playoffs before but there's not much drama in this matchup and it's the Celtics who are on top of the Eastern Conference. We have a match that will no doubt be the best way to top off everyone's Christmas, and that's the Houston Rockets and Oklahoma City Thunder, one of these teams have put their new acquisition of Chris Paul from this past summer to good use and the other's acquisitions of Paul George and Carmelo Anthony have been a bit salty. Finally, it's a matchup that will top off Christmas Night with a lineup of young stars from the Minnesota Timberwolves who are in the playoff hunt and the Los Angeles Lakers who are still a work in progress despite the extraordinary talent of Lonzo Ball. Max Sports has all five Christmas games that can be seen down below along with a final look at the NFL Standings before #KlicKNet goes off  air tomorrow.

I have decided that there will be a Top Ten list tomorrow that will honor the best and worst stories I have covered all year long. 2017 might have been more tougher than 2016, mainly because you know who is President of the United States of America. Yesterday, the Republicans celebrated their first legislative win with you know who in office and passed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, it took the past two days to get this done and we're going to go over the events of this passage in our #TwitterTrend for today. The House of Representatives were to passed the bill on Tuesday until they need to revote on it again because its provisions violated the Senate's procedural rules. Early Wednesday morning, the Senate passed the bill by a party-line vote of 51–48, and yesterday afternoon, the House passed the final version of the bill a 224-201 vote. So all there's left to do is for the bill to be sent to the President's desk so that it could be signed and the put into law. For most of the year I have been a bit political and now the right time to show it again, I believe that this bill do poorly in the future and will cost the Republican Party  its power in congress. Some polls have shown that voters would rather vote for a Democrat in the 2018 midterms and for the GOP, it may likely be going down the same road as the Dems did in 2010. The affects of the new bill come right away but once you know who sings it, there's not turning back for people with financial issues, so 2018 could be a turning point for all of the USA and for the Democratic Party. For more, brace yourself for the tweets you are about to see and they might as well explain the outcome of the TCJA.

Moving on to a more lighter story, the WWE was indeed on a roll this year bringing us the best action from Raw, SmackDown, NXT and 205 Live. They gave us the United Kingdom Championship Tournament and the first Women's Money in the Bank Ladder match, and next month at the first WWE pay-per-view of 2018 we will bare witness to the first ever Women's Royal Rumble match. The NXT TakeOver events this year have been most special because the people who lid up the fire of the developmental brand early in the year have now gone on to make names for themselves on the main rosters. Last night, the Evolution of NXT continued with three matches on its WWE Network series, Lars Sullivan, the newest and baddest big man earned the last spot in the upcoming Fatal 4-Way match that will determine the #1 Contender for the NXT Championship at NXT TakeOver: Philadelphia. Also, Pete Dunne successfully defended the WWE United Kingdom Championship again against former UK Title holder Tyler Bate, but the biggest news of all is that we have new NXT Tag Team Champions in Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish of the Undisputed Era. Web Choice is present its last videos of the year with these three videos that will highlight each match as they had happened.
