Today's UPDATES

It was a Slow Big Tuesday, the days of Christmas counting down, there might not be much time left to get your jollies ready for the big day on Monday. As we have spoken heavily on the NFC side of the NFL Playoff Picture, now it's time to tell you what at stake this week in the AFC Conference. Max Sports can confirm that if the New England Patriots win again on Sunday, if and either the Pittsburgh Steelers or the Jacksonville Jaguars lose, then the defending Super Bowl Champions will earn a first-round bye, but if both the Steelers and Jags both and Patriots, then New England will have home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs. Steelers can clinch a first-round bye with a win and a Jaguars loss, the surging Jaguars can win the AFC South Division with just one more win, and their South rivals Tennessee Titans can clinch a playoff berth, only if they win on Sunday and the Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills lose. Finally, the Kansas City Chiefs were able to knock off the Los Angeles Chargers in their game last Saturday night, this has allowed them to take total control of the AFC West and with just one more win, the Chiefs will be Division Champions once again. This will be the last time this year I will be talking about football because #KlicKNet will be off for two weeks to celebrate Christmas and the New Year. Tomorrow, my last sports topic of the year will be about NBA Christmas games and we will be talking more about the NBA once we get back from break.

I was thinking about discussing the Paul Ryan gavel incident and the GOP Tax bill being passed in the House of Representatives, then it was said yesterday that the House had to re-vote on it because the Senate parliamentarian flagged three provisions that violated budget rules. Then late last night, the US Senate approved the sweeping tax reform with an impressive vote of 51-48, so all the Republicans need to do Today is let the House vote on it one more time and let Donald Trump sign on the dotted line so it can put into law. Well you know what, it's Christmas time so we're not going to talk about any of dem politics, instead let's discussing a more cheery that has got everybody oohing and awing and is the subject of Today's #TwitterTrend. TyLon Pittman, a 5-year-old boy from the town of Byram, Mississippi called 911 on none other than "The Grinch" because he didn't want the Grumpy Green Grouch to steal in his Christmas like in the book and movie. TyLon had watched videos of the Grinch on facebook and made the call last Saturday night unbeknownst to his family and the police, believe it or not, took his call seriously, but in a real funny way. They reassured him that they would do everything in their power to ensure that the Grinch would not steal Christmas, and last Monday, the police invited TyLon to the police station and helped lock up the Grinch after he was caught, TyLon was also named an honorary junior officer for the day. This is why Christmas is the most joyful Holiday of the year and doing the right thing during the Holidays is most important in life, no matter how old you might be, so check out the tweets about this kid and how he "saved" Christmas.

The Ocean's 8 trailer has made a big splash in the ocean of the internet, this all-female take on the Ocean's heist films has got people jumping for more action. Now for someone who has heard for the Ocean's movies but never seen them (like me) might have seen this new trailer already and said "My God, this movie's gonna be LIT!", this would persuade them to see the first three movies so they can prepare themselves for the newest installment of the thrilling saga.
