#fakeTV FRiDAY

The news has been real busy this week, with the Walt Disney Company announcing yesterday that it will acquire 21st Century Fox, and this means that all of Fox's Movie and TV catalogs belong to the House of Mickey Mouse. We don't when the deal take full effect, but we can look forward to one thing, and that's seeing the X-Men and Fantastic Four being apart of Marvel Cinematic Universe along with the Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy. We spoke about what Disney Chairman and CEO Bob Iger had to say about the deal, and as reported, he will remain with the Walt Disney Company through 2021, now I get to explain the thoughts of Rupert Murdoch, Executive Chairman of 21st Century Fox. He said that “We are extremely proud of all that we have built at 21st Century Fox, and I firmly believe that this combination with Disney will unlock even more value for shareholders as the new Disney continues to set the pace in what is an exciting and dynamic industry, Furthermore, I’m convinced that this combination, under Bob Iger’s leadership, will be one of the greatest companies in the world. I’m grateful and encouraged that Bob has agreed to stay on, and is committed to succeeding with a combined team that is second to none.” So Murdoch seems very happy about this deal being made yesterday and so should we all, as it goes to show how big the news can get everyday online, on TV and in the newspapers, and with that being said, here's a special Top Ten list that I didn't get to share yesterday.
#10: The new film Ferdinand starring John Cena & Gina Rodriguez is in theaters right now.

#09: The Shape of Water has received the most Golden Globes nominations with seven.

#08: Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle premieres in theaters this upcoming Wednesday.

#04: The Steelers face the Patriots in a pivotal game for control of the AFC Conference.

#03: Star Wars: The Last Jedi starring Mark Hamill has opened in theaters starting today.

#02: Walt Disney Company acquired 21st Century Fox for a value of $66.1 million dollars

#01: Alabama elected Doug Jones as the state's first Democratic Senator in 25 Years.

The Disney- Fox deal has still got me all talking, but it has made wonder if Disney could acquire anything from anyone, namely the Marvel theme park rights from Universal. For weeks on #fakeTV Friday, I have been talking about my ideas for Marvel themed lands in Disney Parks and what could Universal Orlando's islands of Adventure could do with its Marvel Island area. Well I realized that it might be years or decades until Disney finds a way to get out this Licensing Agreement with Universal, so I have come up with a new two-part "What If" series that are like alternatives to what I came up with, this week we will start with Universal, who has promised to present a new attraction every year to one of its theme parks around the world. Now if Islands of Adventure remove Marvel Superhero Island to anything else, then should do something about the other themed areas that are not as popular as they use to be back in the old days. Areas like The Lost Continent and Toon Lagoon have lost their edge, so maybe they could replace Lost Continent with a Super Nintendo World that tackles on Zelda and/or Pokemon, and as for Toon Lagoon, it would be replaced with Nickelodeon. I still think that Universal Studios should find a way to honor the old Nickelodeon Studios because it was an important part of the network's rich history in the 90s and early 2000s. The name of the new area would be called Nickelodeon Studio City, similar to the famous Studio City in California, and this is what the layout would look like.
Greeting from Nickelodeon Studio City

They could rethemed the Dudley Do Right's Ripsaw Falls ride into something like Jurassic Park, Madagascar from Universal Studios Singapore or Frozen Ever After at Epcot, and they could theme it to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. They might even subtitle it "Panic/Trouble/Mayhem/Chaos in the Sewers", which one do you think is best. The restaurants and shops would be rethemed to Nickelodeon, with the Comic Strip Cafe probably changed to Good Burger, and the Amphitheater at Toon Lagoon would be taken down, and then a Nickelodeon Studios Theater would take its place. This would house old props from the Nick Studios facility and have an additional soundstage that puts on live shows like Slime Time Live. For other newer rides, the Me Ship, the Olive is a kids' playground would be replaced with a carousel or a drop tower, but Islands of Adventure already has the Doctor Doom Fearfall. The Popeye and Bluto river rafting ride could be removed with a new roller coaster that would be somewhat in a way like the Hollywood Rip Rockit coaster over at Universal Studios Florida, but as a launched coaster that would take over entirely of the Popeye attraction, they might even call it the "Nick Hits Coaster". I've been trying all week to figure what the idea for the coaster would be, so I took the layout of a ride called the Skycar roller coaster in China and used for a layout I made using Roller Coaster Tycoon 2, a very old computer game I still have, and you won't believe what I did.

Tell if you like my new idea by sharing this post online via Twitter and Facebook, you even add a comment to the comment section of this blog because it will help be out greatly with how I should express myself to my audiences. Moving on. today is the Season Finale of the InZane Club, and to celebrate the Holidays, we've got a two-part Christmas special that will make you as jolly as a reindeer. We will have more celebrity guests than ever before and a plot twist that everyone will be talking about, for I want to put my heart and soul into these last episodes of the season and I have new ideas for fake original  content next yea. I will tell you that the titles of the two episodes are broken up from a phrase I came up with, "Defy Chirstmas, Dare to Glee in Ours", which is similar to The CW's slogan "Defy your World, Dare to Live in Ours." I really like that slogan because it makes you realized that The CW network is in a class of its own, it offers shows that speak to younger adult audiences and made the InZane Club to be somewhere in that area. that's it for this post on #KlicKNet, enjoy the Club's season finale and tune in monday as we kick off the blog's last week of the year and we look back at what a surreal year 2017 was.
