Today's UPDATES

Everything about NXT TakeOver: WarGames and Survivor Series this past weekend, I liked very much because we got to see the best that WWE Has to offer. Max Sports has a full rundown right here. NXT crowned new champions such as Ember Moon finally winning the Women's Championship and Andrade "Cien" Almas shocked the wrestling world when he beat Drew McIntyre for the NXT Championship, but the main event of NXT TakeOver in Houston was the dreaded WarGames match which after making a 20 year comeback to proved once again why its the most dangerous match in wrestling. As a brainchild of The American Dream Dusty Rhodes, you can well imagine what it took to make this one of the best WarGames matches out there and you can also imagine how thrilled people were to see the two-ring, one cage structure before there very eyes at the Toyota Center in Houston. After a grueling between three teams, it was The Undisputed Era of Adam Cole, Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly who came out on top win and are in position for great things in the future of NXT.

The phrase Brand Supremacy was the theme of last night's Survivor Series and only one brand could walk away with all the bragging rights. With seven matches between Raw and SmackDown, it was like the WWE's verison of the World Series, and so it was, The Shield kicked things for the Red Brand by defeated The New Day from the Blue Brand. Asuka was the sole survivor of the Women's Survivor Series elimination match, giving Raw a 2-0 lead for the night. But this was more like the ALCS last month where the Astros beat the Yankees in 7 Games where won the first two and the last two of the series while the Yankees where able to win three straight, so that it is was like last night. Baron Corbin, The Usos and Charlotte Flair gave SmackDown three straight victories for a 3-2 lead of the night, later, WWE Champion AJ Styles tried to put SmackDown up 4-2, but like the Yankees, he fell short, though he proved that he could go toe to toe with the Universal Champion Brock Lesnar who dominated most of the match but AJ Styles was able to slow him down for a while. I had never seen anyone hold their own against Brock Lesnar since The Undertaker defeated him, so it's a shame that AJ Styles didn't win, but he still proved a lot last night. So with Raw and SmackDown nodded with three games a piece, it all came down to the Men's Survivor Series Elimination match, where we got everything we could ever want, we saw the best of the best go at it so many dream matches up and team ups. Triple H had a plan that would Team Raw to win and it involved a pedigree to Kurt Angle and Shane McMahon, so he and Braun Strowman where the last two standing in the ring, but Strowman was too happy with Triple H some what crossing him and did what he does bets, monster handling anyone who gets in his way. What could he see from the fallout to Survivor Series when Raw and SmackDown are in Houston for back to back nights? Before we can find out, check out these all of these big results from the entire weekend.

I might have had one of the best weekends of year, you won't believe were I was yesterday, at first I was preparing for NXT TakeOver: War Games and Survivor Series when I found out that my mom and my two aunts got us tickets to see a television taping of Showtime at the Apollo hosted by the Incredible Steve Harvey. I can't tell who won the music competition show but we went to see the season finale which hasn't been on television yet, so no spoilers for anyone. What I liked about most about this trip, which by the way took place at the famous Apollo Theater in Harlem, New York, I finally got to see a television show being made, I've seen behind the scenes photos and videos on show and movies being made, but never have seen how they make a show in person, and I can be the one to say that I was in the same room with Steve Harvey, I never got to meet in person, but I got to see how funny he is in and out of every scenes. I don't know if anyone knows this but Steve Harvey his own New Year's Eve special on FOX, so after the taping, Harvey did these segments where he is supposed to introduce a musical guests that is going to be on his New Year's Eve special with the audience cheering and screaming in the background, the only folly is that none of them actually came out on stage, but the best part is that those segments might on air on TV come New Year's Eve, so be sure to came them on December 31st when Steve Harvey hosts New Year's Eve, and watch Showtime in the Apollo on December 15th at 9PM on FOX, I will be in the audience for the season finale. Moving on, with so much talk about things in production, Web Choice is offering trailers of some the newest Disney film such as Star Wars: The Last Jedi, A Wrinkle in Time and The Incredibles 2.
