Today's UPDATES

I'm a little exhausted from this past weekend, but a lot happened before I signed off last Friday that I couldn't express my feelings about them. So to kick things off with this new post, I like to announced that Max Sports will be giving you big updates on the NFL Playoff Picture as this seems like a good time to t do so. We currently in Week 10 of the season with the Miami Dolphins and Carolina Panthers going at it in Monday Night Football tonight, I can tell you right now who is in position to make a run in the playoffs, the defending champions New England Patriots have been in a heated battle with the Buffalo Bills for the top spot in the AFC East, but after yesterday's massive win over the Broncos and the Bills' crushing loss to the Saints, they have put themselves in the driver's seat. Meanwhile in the NFC, It's anybody's game with the Minnesota Vikings, New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Rams, believe it or not, are all tied with a record of 7-2. This just a taste of what you'll get later on this week when I show everyone the current standings of the 2017 NFL Season and I promise you all this, it may not be what you would have expected from a your favorite team whom you are rooting for.

As a fan of Comic Book Superheroes like Marvel and DC, I have a lack of interest in other pop culture franchises like Star Wars, but last week Lucasfilm and Disney dropped some big news on the future of the Star Wars Universe that I cannot ignore. Consider this to be your #TwitterTrend for today, even though this is just a few days old, it was announced that the first ever live-action Stars Wars TV series would be in the works, along with TV adaptations of Monsters, Inc, High School Musical, and a new Marvel series which would all premiere on Disney's upcoming entertainment steaming service coming in late 2019. But the biggest news of them all is that Disney has closed a deal with Rian Johnson, director of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, to develop a new “Star Wars” trilogy to come after the current one is finished/ Johnson will write and direct of the first film of this new trilogy and while no further details have come in on this, we can expect new characters and storylines for the trilogy as it will not revolve around the famous Skywalker saga. This could be real big deal for Star Wars and newer ones who may not have seen an entire movie of Star Wars yet, for with a fresher tak on the franchises, we could see and learn extraordinary things about the galaxy where almost all of the famous Star Wars characters live in. For some incredible reaction on the big Star Wars news, I have found some tweets that give you a good idea on what fans thing about the soon-to-be expanding universe.

Rian Johnson’s Star Wars Trilogy IS NOT connected to the Skywalker saga:

Rian Johnson @rianjohnson
Obviously I hope you like The Last Jedi. But man now I REALLY hope you like The Last Jedi.

Umberto Gonzalez @elmayimbe
BREAKING; @rianjohnson to write and direct a trilogy of STAR WARS films!

Sean O'Kane @sokane1
Rian Johnson is getting HIS OWN STAR WARS TRILOGY “separate from the episodic Skywalker saga"

Catrina @ohcatrina
I love Rian Johnson's work and I'm really, really excited for his storytelling.

Kyle Foley @KFoleyFL
WHOA. Rian Johnson is getting to create his own Star Wars trilogy. Not sure how I feel about this, I need to see what he does with The Last Jedi first.

Mike Beasley @MikeBeas
The fact that Disney gave Rian Johnson his own trilogy after seeing his work on The Last Jedi has me really excited for The Last Jedi.

Benjamin Wood @BjaminWood
I'm a big fan of @rianjohnson and excited to see whatever he does next...but not thrilled about his talent being sequestered by #StarWars projects for the foreseeable future.

Rachel Paige @rachmeetsworld
@rianjohnson hello mr. johnson, not to toot my own horn but I wrote a lot of Star Wars fan fiction as a child so if you need help with anything I am literally always available

This Friday, the Justice League finally comes to theaters, but tonight is the film's World Premiere in Los Angeles beginning at 8:30 ET/5:30 PT. Every time I watch the clips of Warner Bros. latest DC film, I get jitters in my stomach which tell me that I have to watch this movie, what I like most about the film is the costume design, everyone looks so amazing in their superhero outfits and they totally belong in a comic book story. We are promised so much from this as the actors of the film have had a close bond with each other, you would have thought it would be impossible to make a movie with Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Ray Fisher, Jason Momoa, and Ezra Miller in it, but no, the cast and crew went all in and gave us a film that will be talked about for years to come. There have been some clips from the movie have been coming like crazy and I think you need to see them for yourselves, to do that here is Web Choice presenting behind the scenes videos and other amazing things from DC's Justice League.
