Today we continue coverage of the Las Vegas mass shooting late last Sunday night. Words cannot describe the events that have plagued this country with grief, mourn, and sorrow. It has been confirmed that 60 people (including the shooter) are now dead and 527 more have been injured and are now in hospitals that included the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada and Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center. According to police, 64-year-old Stephen Paddock, a man with no criminal record, acted alone with his motive is unknown up to this point, but the question on everyone's mind right is to why did he do it? The shooter's brother claims in an interview that he never found his own brother would do such as thing and that his entire family is "dumbfounded" after hearing about this tragedy. Paddock was nearly straight his entrie, having been retired from being an accountant and was reportedly affluent, some say he was bit of a gambler and made recent casino transactions in the tens of thousands of dollars, however it is unknown on whether or not if these transactions were losses or wins. One other interesting details about Paddock's family is that his father, Benjamin Hoskins Paddock, was a bank robber who was on the FBI's most-wanted list in 1969 after he escaped from federal prison. It still doesn't answer why Paddock took it upon himself to use a automatic weapon that killed the lives of more than 50 innocent people at an outdoor concert, for he had no connection with any international terrorist group and the shooting was not labeled as an act of terrorism at all. In the early hours of Monday morning, residents of Las Vegas lined up to donate blood to help those who have been affected by the mass shooting and you know what that makes them? Heroes! In order to salute them, #TwitterTrend dedicates these celebrity tweets to the heroes who showed real courage out of these dark times.

Words can't begin
explain my sadness. My family and I are praying for the victims of this
tragedy. Truly heartbroken. Finally, to conclude our post for today, we have to go over the late night hosts who spoke about their reactions to the Vegas shooting in their shows last night. None of them were more heartbroken than Jimmy Kimmel who is a resident from Las Vegas when his family moved their when he was nine-years-old, he graduated from Ed W. Clark High School and then attended the University of Nevada in Las Vegas for only one year. Kimmel started his show on ABC with and old clip from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood and gave a very sad monologue to how he felt about hearing the 59 killings in Las Vegas, and he almost broke down crying about it, which was tough to watch. Other late hosts like Trevor Noah, Conan O'Brien, Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Colbert, James Corden and Seth Meyers were not so happy about hearing this tragedy and some agreed that we should be having a debate about gun control when we should be talking about the 59 live taken from this planet Earth. Web Choice has all seven of these men with their thoughts on the mass shooting and watching them one at a time will allow you to understand why we should not give in to anger, hatred and darkness and that it will soon turn into love and compassion for all.
