Yesterday we spoke about Justin Timberlake headlining the Super Bowl LII Halftime show on February 4, 2018. It has been thirteen years since Justin Timberlake performed at the Halftime show in 2004, that was when people were talking about what went down between him and Janet Jackson. As some may remember at he Super Bowl XXVIII Halftime show in 2004, a wardrobe malfunction caused Timberlake to rip off a part of Janet Jackson's outfit, revealing her breast, and many of Jackson's fans and supporters believe that her career would be derailed because of the incident, luckily it did not. Janet Jackson's career is still going strong today and some are wondering if she will make an appearance at next year's Halftime show, only time will tel or perhaps Timberlake will announce it before the show. For some reason there has been some sort of Backlash to the news that Timberlake is headlining the show and some of the negative comments has been coming from Janet Jackson fans, to get to the bottom of this conversation, I present today's #TwitterTrend on how people feel about this news going around like wild fire.

For anyone wondering why Justin Timberlake being invited to perform at the Super Bowl is an insult to Janet Jackson's legacy - an essay...

Unless Justin Timberlake starts his set by introducing Janet Jackson with an apology and then continues watching quietly while she does 12 minutes of her catalog solo, the Super Bowl can keep this halftime show.

Why is Justin Timberlake being invited to perform again when Janet Jackson is banned for life for something that was entirely his fault

Trudy @TA_Isaacs
No, it wasn't his fault. He was simply following the choreography. Her red bra was supposed to be exposed, but apparently unbeknownst to Timberlake, it was a tearaway too. Because no regular bra would have one cup that rips away like that.

Master Jackson @MajorKMusic
Justin Timberlake did not kill Janet’s career. He doesn’t have that power. Janet is on a sold-out world tour. She’s is doing more than fine.

I don't recall. @TheRadioDude
No, Justin Timberlake doesn't owe Janet Jackson an apology.  The NFL and MTV do.

The battle lines has been indeed drawn in WWE with SmackDown Live and Raw going head to head in four weeks at Survivor Series. But in case you missed it (ICYMI), it is worth noting to go back and see what really happened in last night's episode of Monday Night Raw. Right now, Web Choice is gibing you four videos from WWE's youtube channel and you will see Kurt Angle announcing the Survivor Series match-ups, Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman accepting Jinder Mahal's challenge to fight Champion vs Champion, Alicia Fox winning a Triple Threat match to become Team Captain of the Raw Women's Survivor Series team, and one of the most surreal invasions on Raw that has never been seen before. Let me tell you all this, I was completely stunned as to what I saw last night, but it goes to show that the superstars of SmackDown Live are not holding anything back when it comes to Survivor Series, but it's only a matter of time before Raw respond with twice the brute force. Anyway, here the four videos I was talking about.
