#PrayForTheWorld

The past couple of hours has been surreal, I had the weird dream last night and I rather not discuss what it was about. When I woke this morning I was still couldn't stop thinking about the dream, but when I turn on the television in the living room and turn to Good Morning America on ABC, I found out about something else that I can't stop thinking about. Last night at 1:08 ET/10:08 PT, a mass shooting occurred at the Route 91 Harvest country music festival in Paradise, Nevada, which is apart of the Las Vegas strip. Singer Jason Aldean was closing out the concert when terror struck, a 64-year-old man named Stephen Paddock shot fire into the crowd from a 32nd-floor balcony of the Mandalay Bay hotel, located to the southeast of the Las Vegas Village outdoor concert venue. The reason why this was done is uncertain, but I all have to say is the same thing I keep saying to myself since morning, "I wake up to this?" and more importantly "WHY?". Why can't America catch a break from these short of things, the worst thing I have heard all day is the fact that "this was the most deadliest mass shooting in modern United States history", so move over gay nightclub in Orlando, you've just been topped by a 64-year-old man. This was supposed to be a great day for me, with MTV premiering TRL today and we're going to discuss the 217 MLB postseason, and now I don't know if I can because of this shooting, it has really taken me to heart, but as they say: "the show must go on!" First we'll have our regular Max Sports results from yesterday's football and baseball games, then for the rest of the post we will talk nothing about the attack in Las Vegas, an absolute tragedy.

New updates have come in regarding the Las Vegas attack, there have been fifty people dead and over 400 more injured, at least fourteen are in critical condition, so now we can call this "the deadliest American mass shooting". The shooter was carrying to eight firearms maybe more, which means he had enough to take down the entire block, police have said the shooter was alone and his motive are unknown, but luckily  at 2:58 ET/11:58 PT, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department found that the suspect was dead on the 32nd floor of the hotel with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, which might mean that he might have committed suicide. I pray to god that the victims are now safe and sound as to what could have led to this horrific act of violence, but how can we begin to understand why is this all happening with this being the start of the crisp cold month of October. There are a few other things I wanted to say today on this post, but now they seems pointless tight now, people need to know when and where terror strikes the country and how does it affected other people who were just expecting a good day today. Right now I want to share the tweets that have been coming in as of late and while I would not call this a #TwitterTrend, they are the tweets which tell the reactions that you need to see.

Heartbroken by the news out of Las Vegas.
Praying for those of us waiting for news from loved ones who went to hear live music on a Sunday.

One person tweeted that "If Killer has ArabicName/BrownSkin/BlackSkin, he is a terrorist. If he is white, he is mere mass murderer." By now I have said that this was an act of terror, but after ready this tweet, it does make a good report, there is no known motive as why the shooter did what he did and that is was scares us the most. Last month, America had to deal with Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria and the Earthquake in Mexico City, those were all natural disasters, what we are going through now is quite different because it involves guns. I thought to myself last year when Orlando was hit by that terrible shooting at the nightclub, that we would never see another event like it again, one year later and we have something far worst, fifty are dead and four hundred are in the hospital. News media outlets have spoken heavily on the shootings since last night and they g=have explain what they think about all of this, you know according to Donald Trump: "this is an act of pure evil." For more on what has been a tragic day in America, Web Choice has provided the best videos of news coverage from NBC, CNN, ABC, CBS and more.
