Today's UPDATES

Yesterday we talked a little bit about Hurricane Irma, a Category 5 storm which makes it twice as worst as Harvey last week. This extremely powerful tropical cyclone currently threatens the Leeward Islands, Puerto Rico, Cuba and Florida and has been deemed the strongest Atlantic hurricane since Wilma back in 2005. Florida Governor Rick Scott declared a state of emergency for Florida last Monday, and placed 100 members of the Florida National Guard on duty to assist in preparations, in other news, the UCF Knights football team moved up their home game in Orlando against the Memphis Tigers from Saturday at 8PM to Friday at 6:30PM due to Hurricane Irma. The National Football League have taken similar precaution by rescheduling the Miami Dolphins/Tampa Bay Buccaneers game at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami from this Sunday to November 19th, which was supposed to be their bye week. The fact that we have two hurricanes in just two weeks is unreal but I want the people of the Bahamas, the Caribbeans, Leeward Islands, Puerto Rico, Cuba and Florida to know that I am pulling for them to get through this for a storm is the worst way to lose everything. Max Sports has another update on the MLB Standings while Hurricane Irma does its damage on the south east coast of the United States.

There are many things that are trending right now on twitter, there's the full season 25 cast of ABC's Dancing with the Stars being revealed today on Good Morning America. Stars like Frankie Muniz, Nick Lachey, Victoria Arlen, NBA Legend Derek Fisher, and WWE Superstar Nikki Bella will going to show off their dance movie come the season premiere on September 18th. We could talk about yesterday's Black Carpet Premiere of "IT" a horrifying take on Stephen King's thrilling novel. At the premiere, there were people in yellow rain coats hold a red balloon just like in the highly anticipated horror movie, I would not dare dream of spending my money at the theater and see kids fight against an immortal, shape-shifting entity responsible for the disappearance of dozens of children in their town. The cats of the movie were there such as Bill Skarsgård, Jaeden Lieberher, Chosen Jacobs, Jack Dylan Grazer and Finn Wolfhard who we all know from Stranger Things. Instead, our #TwitterTrend for today is about Hurricane Irma, they are calling it the strongest hurricane ever recorded over the Atlantic Ocean. It has mad  landfall on the island of Barbuda and is heading for the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico as we speak. Take a look at the tweets that were just send out across the Twittersphere.
