WWE SummerSlam is now four days away and Max Sports also counting down the days to NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn III. Last night, the superstars of SmackDown Live were in the zone and we were promised the surprises I said we would get from last night's show. At the end, Baron Corbin tried to cash in his Money in the Bank contract and walk away with the WWE Championship, but he failed when John Cena distracted Corbin, allowing Jinder Mahal to hold Corbin for a roll up pin and retain the championship. So now, Baron Corbin joins the likes of John Cena and Damien Sandow who have all cashed in Money in the Bank but have failed to win the world championship. All of this makes SummerSlam more interesting on Sunday now that Corbin will look to exact vengeance on Cena for costing dearly last night, and Jinder Mahal can now focus on Shinsuke Nakamura with the WWE Title at stake. There's lot at stake for teams in the MLB, the season is winding down and soon the main focus in baseball will be postseason action, but before that here are the final results from last night's games.

Today we are promised that the first set WWE superstars to be reveal in the WWE 2K18 Roster and Web Choice is on the scene. The visual effects in WWE 2K Games look incredible every year and while you see the game on any last gen consoles, it will be cool to see how tit does on XBOX One, Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch. Seth Rollins, John Cena , Brock Lesnar, Kurt Angle. Rob Van Damn and Basitia.have already been confirm to be in the game, and as we speak, week one of the roster reveal has been released, for now we can confirm that joining the roster are Akira Tozawa, Jinder Mahal, Eric Young, Alexander Wolfe, Killian Dain, Nikki Cross, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson, Baron Corbin, Sheamus, Cesaro, Dolph Ziggler and Bray Wyatt. Just coming in right now are Sami Zayn, Dean Ambrose, Kalisto, Hideo Itami, Sin Cara, Bushwacker Butch, Bushwacker Luke, Konnor, Viktor, Alundra Blayze, Emma, Lita, Summer Rae, Paige, Brie Bella, Nikki Bella, British Bulldog, Buddy Roberts, Diamond Dallas Page, Big Boss Man, Mark Henry, Bam Bam Bigelow, Bret Hart, Dusty Rhodes, The Undertaker, Big Show, Andre the Giant, Kane Diesel, Kevin Nash, Luke Harper, Erick Rowan, Sawyer Fulton, Braun Strowman and Goldust. Lastly, our #TwitterTrend for today is about National Roller Coaster Day, which as you probably already know is dedicated to roller coasters everywhere. I came close to riding a real one last week had we gone to Dorney Park instead of Camelbeach in Pennsylvania. With it being National Roller Coaster, a couple of amusement parks will be announcing their newest attractions in 2018 next year, some of which might be a new coaster. Early in August, Six Flags Fiesta Texas announced Wonder Woman: Golden Lasso Coaster, a RMC I-Box Raptor coaster, this was ahead of August 31st in which Six Flags will announced new additions to its chain of parks everywhere. Just a few minutes ago, Kings Dominion in Virginia announced it was retiring its Hurler Wooden Coaster for a Hybrid of both Steel and Wood, it will be called Twisted Timbers, other parks making big announcements are Cedar Point, Knott's Berry Farm, California's Great America, Valleyfair, Carowinds, Worlds of Fun, Canada's Wonderland, and Sliver Dollar CIty. While these parks are wowing park goers, let's see what the tweeters of Twitter are tweeting on this special day for Thrill Rides.
