Today's UPDATES

The 2017 MLB All Star Game last night really thought us much, like never wait until the last minute to score a run. The National League learn that the hard way when they lost to the American League last night 2-1 in 10 Innings, this makes it the 5th straight tear that the AL has defeated the NL, and also for the fifth straight year this season's Ameican League Champions will have home field advantage in the World Series. Man I really fought the National League would pull off the victory and they came up short, the entirely of that team has itself to blame for losing as the American League team seemed much better, scoring a solo home run in the 10 inning thanks to Robinson Cano. Moving on to some wrestling news, WWE is holding an all-Women's Tournament called the "Mae Young Classic" and we'll find out who is in the thirty-two women field in a special WWE livestream on Facebook Live. Lucky for me I'm now on Facebook, so I will be watching the the Tournament announcement and then MaxSports will report it as early as Monday, for I have got other things to do with #fakeTV on Friday and covering the D23 Expo on Sunday. Now let's see what other sports results we can rack up today.

Yesterday while I was out seeing Spider-Man: Homecoming, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) announced that it would award both cities of Los Angeles and Paris with hosting the 2024 and 2028 Summer Olympics. The question on everyone's mind is that who will host the games first in 2024? It's now a guarantee that the United States' own Los Angeles, California will get to host, but likeness for that to happen would be in 2028 as some reports say. It will be a hard tough battle for Los Angeles to get the 2024 spot when the IOC makes it decision on who hosts what year later on in September. Anyway, yesterday was indeed historic as the proposal to award the next two Olympics after 2020 in Tokyo to two cities was something none of us have ever seen before. Personally, I can't wait ten years to see the Olympics in the United States, so I'm pulling for LA all the way to win the 2024 spot so I wait seven years. A lot of people have have talking how dream of having the Olympics in the USA will soon become a reality, though not soon enough. For more on the details, #TwitterTrend has a couple tweets you just have to see.

Los Angeles will host the Summer Olympics in 2024 or 2028. We'll know which in September but it will likely be 2028 with Paris getting 2024.

Ohh man the Olympics in LA in either 2024 or 2028 is SO EXCITING TO ME. LA folks go ahead and mark it on your calendar: I'm staying with you

Olympics in LA is pretty much a done deal. Only question is 2024 or 2028. Prospect of Trump as POTUS in '24 means '28 may be more likely.

Trump wants LA to host the 2024 Olympics. Heres how his travel ban could affect that. https://mic.com/articles/181909/trump-wants-la-to-host-the-2024-olympics-heres-how-his-travel-ban-could-affect-that#.mZU544IAS

I said I would give my a full review on Spider-Man: Homecoming yesterday and that's exactly what I intend to do. If you have not seen the movie, then I warn there are a few spoilers in my review that you might not wanna see. It started out with Micheal Keaton's character "The Vulture" and he and his crew had been selling illegal weapons made by alien technology that was stored since the first Avengers movie in 2012. While not all of the Vulture's crew was in costume at the time, they still brought each of their villainous characters to life like in the comics. Tom Holland really brought High School Peter Parker to life and watching him mave his way through school reminded how I use to do it. I got to see Tony Stark appear as a father figure to Peter and Happy Hogan hasn't lost a beat bringing in a bit of laughter to the movie, there was also the return of Pepper Potts and a teased at a new Spider-Man suit which was a easy guess. I learn Zendaya's is named Michelle Jone, or for short "M.J.", which is a nod to Mary Jane Watson. The post credits didn't tell me much about any future MCU future but I can tell that the next Spider-Man film starring Tom Holland is gonna be awesome as the first. If you like to hear other people review on Homecoming, WebChoice has provided these two videos on what other people think.
