Today's UPDATES

I don't have much to say to start off Today's Updates, I just hope that you all had a great weekend as it was the first official weekend of the summer season. Last week we would talk about the 2017 NBA Draft and that is what we're going to do right now in Today's edition of MaxSports. Each teams' draft pick helped them out in a big way, for the #1 Pick went to the Philadelphia 76ers who selected Markelle Fultz of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, point guard from the University of Washington's Huskies basketball team. Then, the #2 Pick made by the Los Angeles Lakers who got a big one in point guard Lonzo Ball from UCLA, at #3, the Boston Celtics selected Jayson Tatum, the Phoenix Suns selected Josh Jackson at #4, and the Sacramento Kings got De'Aaron Fox at #5. There will be more Draft selections later on, for now let's deal with the upcoming MLB All-Star Break, some teams are having the best season that that have ever played in and some are hanging in by a thread. There will be a lot of catching up to do once the second half of the season starts so MLB teams will have to be ready a last minute of this first half to pick up some momentum once the second half begins.

I have great news, I'm finally on Facebook, I created an account over the weekend and I plan to use for my blog posts so your have a better way to see than twitter. People sure do love to go on Facebook to see what others have on their minds and I have a lot on my mind I want to discuss. It looks like it going to be a great summer and there's is so much to look forward to like today is 20th Anniversary of the first Harry Potter book, then next week is the Fourth of July and I'm going to New Jersey to meet a few relatives for an Outdoor BBQ. Then in a couple of weeks, it's the MLB Home Derby and All-Star Game both in Miami, Florida, there's also the D23 Expo in Anaheim where I'm hoping for some really big Disney and Marvel announcements that will leave me saying "Oh My God, Yes!". We can also look forward to the San Diego Comic Con International where all the vest comic news will be made. But the one thing I am very excited for is the premiere of Spider-Man: Homecoming, critics call it the best movie since Spider-Man 2 in 2004 and that is by far my favorite Spider-Man movie of all time, the Red Carpet premiere for the new movie will be this Wednesday in Los Angeles. For more Spider-Man related news, WebChoice has searched for the best clips to do so.
