Last Night, The CW presented a Musical Crossover of Supergirl and The Flash, and let me tell you this, it was the most beautiful piece of work I have ever seen in an episode in any show anywhere. It featured incredible singing from Grant Gustin, Melissa Benoist, Jeremy Jordan, Carlos Valdes, Victor Garber, John Barrowman, Jesse L. Martin and Darren Criss. I fought as if this was going to be really goofy episode with not-so-impressive songs, but I was sure proven wrong last night, there were many classics like "Moon River", "Put a Little Love in your Heart", and "More I Cannot Wish You", as well as original songs like "Superfriends" and "Runnin' Home to You", the latter of which was written by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul who both won an Oscar last month for Best Original Song. Some will watch this episode over and over and over again until their hearts are filled with joy which is what I'm gonna do once I'm finished with this post, but why wait til then?
