Today's Updates

If the snow didn't stop me from watching Wild Card Football all weekend, I don't know what would, but there's nothing stopping MaxSports. Before the Divisional Round next week, eight teams competed in the Wild Card, four of them would walk out as winners who all the home field advantage. It seemed like no sweat for the Houston Texans, Seattle Seahawks, Pittsburgh Steelers and Green Bay Packers, the four teams headed to next to face the the number #1 and #2 seeds in their respective conferences. The Oakland Raiders, Detroit Lions, Miami Dolphins and New York Giants made great runs to get to the playoffs and were let great opportunities slip away and I was rooting for these three teams expect for Miami, well now I have to move on to the Divisional Round where things where everything gets even more exciting. Steelers go to Kansas City to take on the Chiefs, which has the making of a good match-up, plus, the Seahawks vs the Atlanta Falcons, the Battle of the Birds. Then there, the Houston Texans with the tough challenge to knock off the New England Patriots, and the Packers have the biggest challenge of all when facing the Dallas Cowboys.

Last Night was the 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards with The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon as Host. The Golden Globes are held to honor the biggest names in Television and Film and I'm here to honor them with this #TwitterTrend. La La Land won five Golden Globes for Best Musical/Comedy, Best Director, Screenplay, Original Song and Original Score. Stars of the film Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone won Best Performance in a Motion Pictured Musical/Comedy - Actor and Actress respectively, other winners were Elle with two awards, Casey Affleck won Best Actor in Drama and Disney'z Zootopia for Best Animated Featured Film. In Television, AMC's The Night Manager won three awards, Tom Hiddleston won Best Performance in a Miniseries, Hugh Laurie and Olivia Colman both won Best Supporting Performance. Atlanta, The Crown, The People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story all tied with just two awards but O.J. had more nominations with five. I I've never seen most of these shows and movies but the Golden Globes have shown me the importance of success when it comes to be a great actor, director and writer. The Awards were not complete with out the famous red carpet and the stars did what they do best on a red carpet, shine, let's see some highlights.
