WebChoice Wednesday

Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and there's only one way to get things started: #WCW!

By now we all know that this Sunday, November 20 on Pay-Per-View and on the WWE Network is the 30th Annual Survivor Series Live from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We will finally know why Fantasy Warfare is about to get real with rematch from WrestleMania XX between Brock Lesnar and Goldberg. These two behemoths do battle in the Main Event in Toronto and the question on everyone's mine: Can one Survive the other? On Monday Night Raw this week, Goldberg and Lesnar were Face-to-Face in the ring with security guards right in between them. The Icon of WCW wanted to to get it on so early but The Beast of Suplex City decided to wait until Sunday night when the time was right. I for one have been dying to see a match like this as WWE seems to find a way to give us dream matches every time, if Goldberg and Lesnar can find a way to top off what they did twelve years ago, it will either be: A Major Brawl in Toronto, A Beatdown by Brock Lesnar or A Butt-Whooping by Goldberg. In case you haven't seen or have forgotten the hype that led into this match, you will be able to refresh you memory and relive everything that was put into it right here.
Goldberg gets brutally honest about Brock Lesnar: Raw, Nov. 7, 2016

Goldberg and Brock Lesnar meet face-to-face
before Survivor Series: Raw, Nov. 14, 2016

There have been many battles fought between Raw and SmackDown from the first Brand Extension in 2002 to the Brand New Spilt of WWE right now in 2016. They say it's all about the Bragging Rights, well the Right to Brag has been given a whole new meaning with three Survivor Series Elimination matches pitted against the two brands who throw their best Tag Teams and their best Male and Female Superstars at each other. Raw seems to have it All with Universal Champion Kevin Owens and United States Champion Roman Reigns at the helm of the Men's Division, the Raw Women's Champion Charlotte Flair is the Leading Lady of her own Division and The New Day are on top of the World with having kept their Tag Team Titles for over a year. On the SmackDown side, AJ Styles still considers himself the Face that Runs the Place with World Championship on his shoulders, the SmackDown Women's Champ Becky Lynch leads the Blue Women's Division with Nikki Bella and they have SmackDown Commissioner Shane McMahon to them all to victory. Now Team Blue to get the upper hand on Team Red last Monday and failed, but leave it to Raw to return the favor to SmackDown.
SmackDown LIVE Superstars invade Raw: Raw, Nov. 14, 2016

Nikki Bella vs. Carmella ends in chaos as Team Raw invades:
SmackDown LIVE, Nov. 15, 2016

As you know, we are off one week after Donald Trump was elected president last week, but the Elimination matches aT Survivor Series are kinda like the Election. As the Republicans and Democrats were fighting for the Presidency, the Senate and the House of Representatives las week, Raw and SmackDown will be fighting this Sunday to see how has the better Men, Women and Tag Teams in the WWE. The GOP got a clean sweep controlling everything in Washington, D.C. from the White House to the Congress and with a Donald Trump Presidency about to become a reality, we're into four breathtaking years. Moving back to WWE, there's a slight that one brand goes for a clean sweep on Sunday, but it's likely one brand goes two out of three in the Series of Elimination matches. One other thing to know is that the only championships up for grabs are the Intercontinental Championship just won by The Miz on SmackDown, and the Cruiserweight Title held by Brian Kendrick on Raw, they face Sami Zayn and Kalisto respectively, for there's a good chance to those title could switches Brands after Sunday. So before I sign off for today, here's a full rundown of the Survivor Series match card.
