Go Cubs Go, that's what all of Chicago, Illinois have been cheering ever since the night the Chicago Cubs won the World Series series for the first time in over one hundred eight years. Relieve the Cubs' incredible victory in Game Seven last Wednesday night which will be talked about in sports history for years to come. They partied like the 1900s!

11/2/16: Cubs win World Series with 10th-inning rally

2016 WORLD SERIES ON FOX
2016 World Series Champions, Chicago Cubs

The every single moment of that last game Wednesday night could not be any more incredible than they were, first, Dexter Fowler led off the game with a home run for Chicago, becoming the first player ever to hit a lead-off home run in a World Series Game 7. In the fifth inning, it was 5-1 Cubs, but soon the Cleveland Indians battled back to make it 5-3, so in the sixth, David Ross hit his second home run of the game making it 6-3. The Indians were able to tied the game in the eighth inning with an RBI double by Brandon Guyer and a two-run home run by Rajai Davis off Cubs closer Aroldis Chapman. With both teams having played nine innings and tied at 6-6, everything was put on hold with a 17-minute rain delay, that's were the magic happened. The Cubs scored two runs in the top of the tenth on a double by Ben Zobrist and a single by Miguel Montero, while the Indians were able to score just one tun in the bottom half. Just like that, the curse was over and Chicago was Champs of Baseball with Ben Zobrist was named MVP. The Cubs became the first team to come back from a 3–1 deficit to win the Series since the 1985 Royals, now how's that for history? This was the only type of sports news fans have been talking about lately so everything that would involve the NFL and NBA are meaningless. Still, here the sports results from the past week.
