The 1st Wednesday of October looks to be a good one, starting with the best Pics and Vids.

Boy Oh Boy, what a AL Wild Card Game that was last night, the Toronto Blue Jays decided to to literally raise the roof off their Rogers Centre for this special occasion. As Toronto and the Baltimore Orioles played in what was an outdoors game, it was all to determine who would move on to the ALDS to face the Texas Rangers tomorrow. José Bautista started things off with a solo home run in the second inning to make it 1-0 Blue Jays, then, Mark Trumbo of the Orioles gave his team the lead by hitting a two run homer in the fourth until the Blue Jays tied the game at 2 in the fifth. It soon became a Duel of Two Bullpens which lead to extra innings and then in the bottom of the eleventh, the Blue Jays had runners on first and third base and Edwin Encarnación crushed a three run homer on his first swing, giving the Blue Jays 5-2 Victory and a Ticket to Texas. When I saw the ending to that game last night, I started to wonder how the New York Mets are gonna top that off, there's only one way now, beat the San Francisco Giants at Citi Field tonight in the NL Wild Card Game. Let's take a look at the highlights from the AL Wild Card and re-experience the excitement.

10/4/16: Encarnacion belts walk-off homer in 11th

The Fall Season of The CW has begun and it all started with the Season Three premiere of The Flash. The episode started with where last season left, Barry Allen went back in time save this mother from being killed by the Reverse Flash, this led to the timeline being altered where Barry's parents are alive, Joe and Iris West barely know who he is, Cisco is a billionaire, Wally West is the New Kid Flash, and Barry himself begins losing memories of his original past. This is all caused by one thing, "Flashpoint". After realizing that changing the past causes to lose his powers, Barry released Reverse Flash from his prison and allowed him to kill Barry's mother and reset the timeline. However, this caused a whole new reality to be made in which Iris has been separated from her father Joe for years, but the worst is yet to come this season on The Flash. We all know that he will be joining Arrow, Supergirl, and the Legends of Tomorrow in a Big Crossover event this fall, the question is: Will Flashpoint have any effect on it? I'm stilling wondering how Supergirl's gonna join her new friends. In the meantime, let's see what's to come this new Flash season.

Finally, let's talk Vice Presidential Debate, it was a Not-So-Big Showdown between candidates Mike Pence and Tim Kaine last night in Farmville, Virginia. A few hours before the debate started, the Republican National Committee posted on their website that Mike Pence was declared the winner of the debate, it was later removed. One other thing to point out is that the debate did not get enough widespread press and social media attention and higher viewership ratings like the event from last week featuring Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, but that didn't seem to matter to anyone. Pence and Kaine gave out their opinions, answered many questions and explain why they decided to join the Trump and Clinton campaigns respectively, in the end they believe that these two can really reshape America in a new image. The Daily Show with Trevor Noah was the first late-night show to crack jokes about the debate and the whole point that Noah made was that no really cares about the Vice Presidents speaking.
