WebChoice Wednesday

Feel the excitement in the air, that is because the fall season is prime and ready to start.

The CW is hard at work promoting Supergirl, who is set premiere her new season on the network starting October 3rd at 8PM. This show is larger than life and will get even bigger when the Man of Steel shows up, and yes I'm talking about Superman. Tyler Hoechlin will be joining the cast and in the first episode of the new season titled "The Adventures of Supergirl", Kara will have a fresh start to her not-so-normal life, she will be met by with characters, new journeys and new chances to fly high. We' wil also see in a Gigantic Crossover her new friends over on Arrow, The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow which in late November and there will another crossover with Supergirl and The Flash, and believer or not, this one's gonna be musical. The Girl of Steel is reason why now The CW is one my favorite television network, it goes up against heavy hitters that its parent company CBS and brings a much more younger experience to television every night, so take a look these pictures and one videos as Supergirl will soon take off.

There is only one race in the MLB that I am interesting, that is the race for the National League Wild Card. So without further ado, let's dive into what has become an one fight to the finish between three teams. The New York Mets put on a show last night against the Washington Nationals thanks to Noah Syndergaard, as the team were three outs away from winning 3-1 over their division rivals, Jeurys Familia blew his fourth save of the season allowing the Nats to tie the game at 3 and force extra innings. In the 10th, T.J. Rivera hit a game winning Homer which led to the Mets a 4-3 victory. The San Francisco Giants also blew a save last night after leading 4-1 over the San Diego Padres and then giving up five runs, including a go-ahead three-run homer by Ryan Schimpf of the Padres in the Top of 9th. With the Giants losing 6-4, another team was able to gain ground the standings such as the St. Louis Cardinals who after being down 0-2 against the Chicago Cubs came back to score 4 runs and won 4-2 against their division rivals. All three teams have early games today so when the night falls, we'll see where everything stands soon.

Last Night on WWE SmackDown Live, the Champions of the Blue Brand shined brightly. AJ Styles became WWE World Champion at Backlash along with Becky Lynch become SmackDown Women's Champion and Rhyno and Heath Slater winning the SmackDown Tag Team Championships. I have not forgotten about The Miz who is still Intercontinental Champion, unfortunately, he stills relies on playing by his rules and considers himself the must-see event main event of SmackDown Live. The Main Event known as John Cena return to make it clear he is back to have one more crack at the World Championship join the history books as a 16-Time World Champ, which could spilled another match with AJ Styles. Dean Ambrose was not please with how he lost the title and was demanding a rematch, so Shane McMahon made it official and at No Mercy next month, a Triple Threat match between Styles, Ambrose and Cena will determine who is the Champ.
