First off, I made a mistake last Friday. The Kentucky Derby was not this past weekend, it is supposed to take place next Saturday, May 7th. I realized that the derby always takes place in the first full week of May, but luckily, not ones what confused by the error. What actually did happen this past weekend was a few playoff games in the NBA and NHL, the Spurs and Warriors easily won the first games of their respective second round series, three Conference Semifinal match-ups in hockey are all tied up, while the San Jose Sharks have a commanding 2-0 series lead. Last night at WWE Payback, it was meant to be the start of new era as the company claims, however, rookie superstar Enzo Amore suffered a concussion after injuring his head in a tag team match. Our prays go out to Enzo for a speedy recovery, but in the meantime, let's go over the week in action.
