I ask this last week, I will ask it again. Did anybody enjoyed the weekend? Good! We are entering the final week in April, and next month in May will be unlike any other of the year. The race for the Triple Crown begins in about another week and who will ever forget last year when American Pharaoh being the first horse in a century to win the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes, and the Belmont Stakes and has now cemented his name in history. In playoff basketball and hockey, history has not been written yet, as NBA and NHL teams are looking to advance to the second round. There have been a few key upsets in hockey like NY Islanders finally winning a playoff series, but in basketball, the Cleveland Cavs have easily gotten past the 1st round and are well rested for their next opponent.
