The Coaster Institute is a throwing a Mid-Winter Break party called the “Sweet n’ Spicy Ball” but Rhodey is depressed because he can’t find a date for the event. Meanwhile, Andre is excited because one of his friends from Hollywood Arts is coming to visit him; However, he soon discovers that it’s his crazed friend Cat Valentine. Rhodey wonders if he could take Cat out to the ball, so when she comes to visit, he pretends to like the things that she likes and they begin to hang out together, making Andre jealous. Rhodey attempts to ask Andre out to the ball, but in her fear – boasts that she is taking pop singer Lance Bass – this leads to a huge reaction in social media and Rosey must convince Bass to go with her or face humiliation.

While at night club with Cat and Andre, Rosey explains her situation to Rhodey and Sid and they agree to help her, but the next morning, they awaken from a wild party at the club without any memory of the previous night, Rhodey emerges from the bar with his head shaved, Andre is wearing clown makeup, and Cat finds bits of bibble stuck to her hands. They head back home to try and re-trace their steps and find that Rosey is missing. When driving around the city, they are confronted by mob boss Two-Bit Gallows and his gangsters. He accuses Rhodey, Andre, Cat and Sid for starting a riot at the club that he owes and for stealing $300,000 dollars from his safe. As the foursome denies this, Gallows tells them that he has Rosey, and threatens to kill her if his money is not returned.

When they can’t find the money, Rhodey enlists the help of Andre, Cat, Sid, Will and Garrett to launch a plan to rescue Rosey, but Cat gets an idea. She them a note that says “there’s money in here”, it was found on a large safe inside of a shack located somewhere in Mystic Adventure. So, Rhodey stages a heist by having his friends breaking into the shack and retrieve the safe. When they unlock it, they’re shocked to see it filled with gold bricks which Garrett calculates are worth $600,000 dollars. Rhodey, Andre and Cat attempt to give half the gold to Gallows in exchange for Rosey, but Gallows traps Rosey in his car and plans to drop her high above using a forklift. As Rhodey, Andre and Cat race to free her, they are attacked by Gallows’ henchmen, by a man in a black suit appears and defeats them and Gallows. Rosey is rescued just in time and the black suited person reveals himself to be Lance Bass who agrees to take her Rosey to the Sweet n’ Spicy Ball. At the ball, Rhodey and all his friends celebrate their new fortune with the other half of the gold. Rosey announces that she and Rhodey plan to use their share of the money to move to the suburbs of Queens, New York.
