Ms. T is holding auditions for a park training video to help train future employees. Rhodey, Rosey and Sid are in charge of shooting the video; but when Sid is caught yelling at a 10-year-old boy, the footage goes viral and ruins her image. In an attempt to restore reputation, Sid features herself in the training video sincerely apologizing to the boy she yelled at. This succeeds in gaining the public sympathy and Sid is no longer hated.
