It's Cinco de Mayo (Fifth of May), or as the United States of America prefers to call it Mexican Independence Day. Here's a history lesson, this holiday is all about the celebration of the Mexican victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. People in the United States and Mexico celebrate with parades, food, music and folkloric dancing.
