Gak + Sports (stylized as GaK + SPORTS) is an American children's game show on Nickelodeon, hosted by Joey Richter. The show’s first season consist of ten episodes and premiered on June 5, 2015 and ended on July 3, 2015.

Gameplay
Gak + Sports follows a single elimination tournament format with four families competing in sports-related challenges.

Rounds 1 & 2
In each two rounds, two teams take a turn in a series of 50/50 questions. After choosing one of four sports-related categories, the team has sixty seconds to answers questions worth 100 points each. If the team gets a question wrong, they are handed a strike. The game ends until time runs out or a team gets three strikes. The teams with the highest scores in each rounds advances.

Round 3
The winners of their respective rounds compete simultaneously in a sixty second sports event. The team with the highest score at the end wins and advances to the Grand Prize Round.

Tiebreaker
In the event of a tie for the same score, teams play a tiebreaker to determine who advances. Two teams stand behind podiums, then a question is asked and they are given three possible answers to it. The first team to hit the button on top of their podium is given the chance to answer the question. If the team answers right they advance, if they answer wrong the opposing team will advance.

Grand Prize Round
The Grand Prize round is a five station obstacle course set up in a baseball diamond formation and the remaining team has 90 seconds to complete it. After the team picks three of its four members, the first member runs through the course and then touches home plate at the end allowing the next partner to take their turn through the course. Each member can win three prizes, one for completing each of the three runs, with the grand prize usually being a trip; If the team completes the entire run before time runs, they will get slimed in the “Gak Wash”; if not, they still keep any prizes they won on one run, regardless of the final outcome.

Gak Wash

After each round, eliminated teams (including the one who lost the grand prize round) get to ride in a sports car through a mini car wash that covers them in different substances, while the grand prize team gets covered in slime.
