Our Top Vids and Pics Today on Viral Wednesday:

This one goes out to all those Roller Coaster fans, new attractions are coming out next year (2015) to different amusement parks across the country. The most intresting new Coaster would have to be Six Flags Magic Mountain's oldest ride 'Colossus' being transformed into 'Twisted Colossus'. Construction began since the end of the summer and according to this statement from screamscape.com things are coming along great.

Screamscape on Twisted Colossus:
  • (12/16/14) Our friends at In The Loop were invited on-site to the Twisted Colossus construction site the other day to see how things are progressing, as well as hear from park officials more about what is planned for the future of the park's new ScreamPunk district, including a new total repaint of Scream as well. It is also interesting to note that the green lift hill had to be pushed over by 12 inches to allow for the wider safety envelope of new trains. It is also worth noting that certain sections of the old Colossus track runs will remain in place, unused, when it reopens as Twisted Colossus, as these sections are needed to remain to help support, even though they won't be used anymore.
