Two men from “The Falcons” trick Ms. T and other Mystic Adventure employees into selling stolen party merchandises. They soon get thrown in jail, along with Andre’s grandmother. So Andre convinces Rhodey, Rosey and Sid to pretend to be detectives again and enlists help from the New York Police Department to find the wanted criminals.
