NickCam Shorts (stylized as NiCK:)C@M Sh:orts)  is a spin-off  to its parent series NickCam for Nickelodeon airing on February 18, 2012. It is a sketch-comedy, variety show created by Dan Schneider & Jake Farrow and stars the same actors from the original series.

Format
Similar to the Nickelodeon Series All That and current NBC Series Saturday Night Live, NickCam Shorts featured a format of cold open, a cast delivering an opening monologue and perform in sketch-comedy pieces and a dance team performing during a music video (instead of a musical guest). The cold open or open monologue took place in a green room five minutes or less after the title sequences of the show.
Title Sequence
For every episode there is a NickCam Shorts title sequence at the beginning after the greenrooms. The cast were seen up front in the camera behind a multi-color room (green screen) with members’ name shown in alphabetical order. The random music video and dance team would be shown after. The theme song is a re-themed version of “In Living Color” from the sketch comedy series on FOX.
Green Room
During each episode all of the cast members would be shown in the greenroom. This has been done for only the spin-off version of NickCam. Weird events would happen in the green room. The set of the green room was like in All That. It was a hang out room that contains a couch, a platinum inch television screen, a kitchen section, an elevator that cast members can also appear from beside the door. Props, pictures, and room accessories are all
located throughout the room as well.
